No card to carry with me in case of sudden death. Mortuary will not know l have paid in full with you. I'm disabled and pensioner on my own. I have gone with you for peace of mind that I don't have council cremation. No better off i I just want dignified send off.

We’re sorry that this has left you feeling that you don’t have the peace of mind you expected when taking out your funeral plan. We completely understand why, particularly when living alone, you would want something that makes others aware that your funeral has already been arranged and paid for. Although we no longer issue funeral plan cards, you could ask your GP surgery to record your plan details and let someone you trust know where your documents are kept. We hope this helps provide some reassurance that your arrangements can be identified when they are needed.

Made an appointment and had a confirmation email to discuss a funeral plan .No phone call came ,so half hour later I phoned Simplicity to report no call .I was asked to hang on whilst they got in touch with Grace ,then told that she was busy and would call in 10 minutes.25 minutes later no call so I have bought a plan elsewhere .

Excellent in all respects
Hello, Everything went smoothly from beginning to end.I was kept informed at every stage with efficient but friendly calls and messages. This was our first experience of an 'Unattended Cremation' but it was my husband's wish, and that was respected. We collected the ashes from the cemeterty, they were in a smart dark green box. I was asked if they were to be buried in a churchyard, which they are, so I was also given the necessary paperwork. I have been very pleased with the service given by Simplicity.

I made four calls to the Co-op Funeral service to order a funeral Insurance for me and my wife, and was messed about by them. I saw your add on the internet and thought I call them. Both Insurances were done quickly and at the same price as the Co-op.

I would highly recommend this company they help with my mum passing , from the first. Phone call and all the way through they were polite helpful and so friendly and understanding. They even checked in on us after mums ashes were returned to my home. 🫶amazing staff.
