Initial error sorted eventually
Wrong (cheaper) item sent. Have phoned a couple of times and given details and have not heard back.
Edit: This was rectified eventually so no issue now.

Firstly, please accept our apologies that the wrong size items were sent to you. Our Fire Stop Pillows are a very popular product, however, it is difficult to tell the difference between different sizes.
Having discussed this with my colleague, I can see you were happy to keep the incorrect items and we have refunded the difference in price. We thank you for the feedback and we will take steps to avoid this error from happening again.

I am very sorry that you felt you were pestered into leaving us a review and I apologise if this has sullied your view of us and the service you received. Our staff work very hard to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, as your order has been.
We find that honest customer reviews are very effective, particularly for new customers, as it gives them confidence in using our service and shows we are real people. As such, we really appreciate it when customers spare a few minutes to do this, and we find it disappointing whenever we receive a negative review.

Good service, very good price, fairly quick appointment booking (2-3 days). However, long waiting time for the final documentation. Customer service was very informative and helpful. In general, the service is worth recommending.

As a whole, I'm glad you were happy with the service you received from us.
Unfortunately, a certificate cannot be generated until the office receives the paperwork back from the engineer who visited you, which can sometimes take a few days as they're busy out on the road. However, we are investing in ways to make this process quicker and appreciate your feedback.
Hopefully, we'll see you again next year when your equipment next needs servicing.

Purchasing on 22/02//2024 was fine and delivered on time but the commissioning which I paid for ,I still waiting to have done and this is for insurance purposes I have rang Simply Extinguishers and they have chased up but still no contact .

Great service. Prompt delivery. When extinguisher arrived I realised it was too big. Contacted Simply Extinguishers and received a reply from Kerry who was extremely helpful, arranged collection of extinguisher. I then ordered a smaller one which is perfect.
