The staff at Simply Extinguishers would…
The staff at Simply Extinguishers would not have been more helpful, however the delivery company DX Deliveries was a complete shambles and disaster. 3 failed delivery dates and on 4 only half of the order turned up, and there were only 2 items.

Deliver partner DX was useless
Deliver partner DX was useless they said the parcel was due three days in a row and failed to show 3 times before finally delivering 4 days late. Don’t order from here if u need anything in a hurry

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your review and apologise for the issue with your delivery as your experience does not meet our expectations. However, I hope you were happy with the product you ordered.
Couriers do not tell us when they are having trouble delivering an order, so in most cases, we don't know until customers contact us. In the future, if you have an issue, it's best to reach out to our friendly staff as we're often able to resolve issues very quickly.
My colleague tried calling to apologise this morning but you were unavailable. We have now refunded your delivery charge and hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your review Michaela, and please accept my apologies that you've had this issue with delivery.
We have tracked the order today and can see one of the two parcels was delivered the next day. The other was misrouted by the courier and delivered the following day.
As you can imagine, couriers aren't great at letting us know when something isn't going to plan, so we were not aware of the issue until your review. We have tried to call you today to apologise and resolve the issue, but the number on the order is incorrect.
I hope you are otherwise happy with the products and the service you received, and it is disappointing you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. In the future, please get in contact with us as we will always go above and beyond for our customers.

Price is competitive
Price is competitive, delivery was quick but I wish it had an expiration date for insurance purposes , this I understand is available if you have an installation inspection at around £45 which would make it expensive

Extinguishers do not have expiry dates, unfortunately. We offer a 5-year warranty with our extinguishers as standard, but an extinguisher which is serviced annually can have a lifespan of up to 10 years. For domestic use, this isn't a requirement, but for businesses, it is often required by your insurance company and to comply with British Standards.
