Great customer service and superb value
I saved 10% on the price of a high value item compared to other online retailers which was impressive in itself. When I made enquiries about delivery time the customer service representative went the extra mile at the end of the day to contact the manufacturer to get a time delivery window sent to me by email, who then phoned me on the day of delivery. That kind of thing speaks volumes !

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Lawnmower delivered within one working day and oil supplied free which saved me the hassle of purchasing it separately.

Sorry to read this review. I have just tracked your order as it did leave us the day you ordered it but unfortunately there has been an issue with the couriers. I have spoken to them and due to a lack of scans it is looking lost so we will make a claim and send another one out today for delivery tomorrow.

Very smooth transaction and delivery-…
Very smooth transaction and delivery- though it was to my neighbour who had to carry a VERY heavy box round to me ( but that is down to the delivery company not Sitebox!)

Fast delivery, excellent ladder, but tracking could improve
Ordered the ladder on Friday and it arrived by Tuesday, which was faster than expected. Delivery was smooth overall.
The only downside was that the online tracking information wasn’t very detailed, and the order status updates could be clearer.
That said, the ladder itself is excellent quality — very solid and well-made. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Says 400nm but is so weak, will never remove a wheel nut, totally pointless . Very disappointed
