Staff were extremely helpful in helping me book an airport lounge for a party of seven. There were several emails back and forth until it was sorted and I really appreciated the patience staff showed me because I wasn’t clear about exactly what I wanted to book initially! On short notice I booked for the lounge on terminal 1 with this company !!! I got first class service !!! Value for money and great staff definitely recommend and will definitely use them again .

With all companies it not about making a mistake it's how you deal with it when it happens. I can't prise Sky Parking Services enough on how quickly and effectively they dealt with the issue. They ticked every box they listened, they reassured and they resolved the matter to the customers satisfaction. I definitely be using them again.

Sky parking services contacted me and have dealt with the issue brilliantly. They have given me a full refund of the booking costs and are also going to reimburse me my fuel cost.
Just to clarify sky parking services are the booking agent and not the actual service provider.

After booking a meet and greet service at Leeds Bradford airport through this company. My daughters and I were left stranded at the airport on our return 3 hours on Sunday evening as the phone number we were given was going straight to voicemail. In the end my husband had to make the 120 round trip to pick us up at 11pm
I eventually got an answer from the number the following morning.
I ended up having to drive 160 mile round trip that day to collect the car. Was promised to be reimbursed for the fuel costs when I arrived but when I got there they said I had to email and ask for a refund.

Super helpful staff, I made a huge error on my booking and they resolved it promptly and without any hassle. Really appreciate the great customer service 😊

Booked meet and greet when
picking up car:
claiming that the drivers are professionals but:
- there was no case on the key where you can unlock lock car - driver has no idea where and what it was, leading the parking costing £20.00 more than needed
- Scratches on car when delivered
- never had issues before but was told car had to be jump started when delivered?
when advised the delivery driver he was clueless on missing key but unsure why one would remove it?? had to drive back 57miles by being told someone will call you and that no missing case was able to be found.
Wouldn’t use again - plenty others around who will be more safer and reliable!

We booked through Sky Parking Services and it was so simple, however our flight time changed which left us without a lounge at our desired time, SPS did everything they could to help but the lounge was just booked up for our new times. The customer service we received was above and beyond……especially on a Saturday!!! I will 100% be using these again. Whoever I was in contact with from SPS……..thank you for your help.
