Had holiday cancelled due to middle East conflict. Got in touch with skypark. After a couple of emails everything sorted and refunded. No hassle very straight forward. Would highly recommend.

I have used SkyParkSecure on several occasions and always find it easy to use and a good price.

Booking with Skypark was easy and very reasonably priced, I contacted them regarding our flight returning later than expected but Skypark contacted me quickly & sorted things no problem. As they allow a 6 hour return landing policy, so happy days.

Last year had to change flights and my car was in the carpark in manchester, skyparks sorted it straight away and more recentyI lost my booking from my email, sent it me again instantly.

Booked in for a trip to Dubai and also booked the upperdeck lounge. Because of the war that is going on Emirates were offering immediate refunds to anyone flying up to the 31st march. Our currency was also refunded without question or any charge. While skypark refunded our parking they have refused to refund the lounge. I have asked to change the date rather than a refund but they won’t do that either. I have sent them the flight refunds as proof but they are dismantling their email and directed me to a message box where I can’t send emails to. Very disappointing!

Glad to report that a refund was given eventually for the upperdeck lounge
and there was no probem being refunded the car parking payment

Booked airport parking at Birmingham airport and was charged twice. My bank statement states the company who charged me was ukparkandride.com and their contact details online are SkyParkSecure.com.
Tried phoning SkyParkSecure and just get recorded message, 'it has not been possible to connect your call' and email replies state 'this email address is in the process of being deactivated.' Very poor customer service - happy to be proven wrong with a response to this review complaint should someone care to contact me.

We needed go cancel our parking as flights were being cancelled from Manchester Airport. I was 6 hours out of the free cancellation period but with emails and evidence I was able to receive a refund.
The customer service was excellent and accommodating in an already stressful time.

I m so disappointed by sky park secure . I cancel my booking 5 days before they show on system it’s cancelled and you will receive email of refund but I never received any email and they don’t have phone number to contact . I think there is some scam because when I found Stansted parking phone number I asked them about this they said my booking is still valid to use 19 /02/26 but when I reached to maple parking they said booking is cancelled they charged me extra 145.99 for new booking and said when you come back from holiday we can sort it out but still I send them so many emails and evidence but no reply. Highly recommend to people avoid sky park secure company they are scam and very unprofessional. Because of them I missed my flight because they waste so much my time and gave me lots of stress . I paid extra pcn £60 for drop off my family at Stansted because of this delay in rush. I would add avoid maple parking as well because they didn’t even help as well .booking reference was spsapi-906809

Unforetunately the day after booking my Manchester airport parking, my wife was diagnosed with a form of cancer which may require treatment before our booked holiday, which we also may have to cancel, I contacted SkyParkSecure to cancel my parking booking to which they responded woth a sympathectic message and confirmation of my cancellation and refund.

I have used drop and go at Manchester a few time's.. A+ everytime..
I once left my euros in my car (they fell out my bag) and they were still there when I got back from holiday!
Jet2 had changed my flight, twice and I needed to change my carpark arrival/departure times I emailed and I got a fast response..thank you!
I just want to mention the staff..they are always so helpful and polite..a credit to the company

Iam absolutely disgusted with this company I booked my car in for 11 nights at Glasgow Airport on 27 th January 2026 but unfortunately my car broke down on route to the carpark so I never used the Carpark I asked sky park if I could use the Carpark in June as a good will gesture they said I would have to pay for it again but they said that I should claim my insurance you can’t speak to anyone on phone they said that they need 24 hours notice to cancel but I wasn’t expecting my car to break down on the same day I booked my car in so I won’t be using this company again there are other services nearly that I will consider just read some of the negative reviews 😡

I tried to cancel my booking 30hours before parking (there is 24 hours rule for cancellation) I tried 3 times. All of that, system showed me a message your request is updated and you will have an email shortly. Then in the morning I did not get any email and when I checked the system my booking is still present and there is no cancellation option due to timeframe. There is no phone number or live chat option for urgent enquiries. System is fault. I do not understand why this very common organization for airports is that much unreachable.

We are due to travel for a weeks holiday from East Midlands airport on Sunday 15th February 2026.
I paid £150 for parking, fast track and the premium lounge facilities to placate my husband as he takes some persuading to use airports due to the rip off nature of the travel industry.
I’ve gone to print off my bookings to spot that they have booked the wrong dates 14th February instead of 15th.
Now, I know it’s their mistake because you have to put in your flight numbers and times so it’s definitely been confirmed incorrectly. I’ve sent an email pointing out the mistake to be told that the booking is not changeable!
Hang on a minute! This is your mistake!
They are also uncontactable via live chat or telephone. There’s a red flag in itself.
You submit an email and they send you an unhelpful reply back as and when they can.
Terrible customer care and totally unhelpful and unprofessional, I feel like they’ve thumbed their nose at us and hate to say it but husband might just have a point. What’s the point of being stressed out when going abroad. Another nail in the coffin of foreign holidays for us.
