Highly inaccurate FEEFO reviews. Booked an airport car park and had a lot of trouble with the car park. Tried to leave a review to say the FEEFO reviews are highly inaccurate as they represent sky park secure and not individual car parks and they blocked my review from being published.

Avoid using sky park secure, they hide behind not owning the car parks which is true. But they also shouldn’t leave an inaccurate 5* reviews for the car parks when they are in fact blocking all negative reviews from being published. For info…. It was Imagine car park John Lennon airport which has 5* reviews on sky park secure website however Google and trip advisor reviews are 1*. Car park drove the car around for miles and stole our sat nav and parked it unsecure!

A booking was made with SPS for a forthcoming cruise which we were very happy with - pricing, procedure & location. Unfortunatley due to unforseen family circumstance we were unable to travel and a cancellation was necessary. SPS were very understanding and repaid our costs without question immediately.

So far so good. Booked and order confirmation through. When checked with customer service-very quick and courteous. If parking as good, will be quite happy

My cause for concern was well handled in a timely manner with understanding and a goodwill gesture was well appreciated. Thank you for paying attention.

Had to make an amendment due to airline changing flight times. Couldn't get through to the customer help on the phone but emailed and got a reply instantly sorting out the question I had. Great service

Sky park was easy and convenient. Unfortunately I had an interaction with a member of staff I still can’t believe happened. After confirming I was in the right premises I was met with sarcasm and aggression. I do not need to feel like I’m going to have a fight with a member staff when going on a family vacation.

I called with a booking querie and was assured it was sorted out and email sent with confirmation within a short space of time. Great customer service thank u

Honestly from the bottom of my heart they were AMAZING! I dont write that half heartedly!!
I was nervous in the beginning because ive always used the bigger companies and used shuttle busses.
NEVER AGAIN!
The team from the moment you arrive make it so easy and pleasant.
We pulled up to a barn conversion and saw cars outside......bingo! Then when I went in i was greeted by two lovely gentleman and gave my details over and once unloaded my keys also.
We then went outside loaded our suitcases in the back of a large van style taxi (very clean and comfortable). My partner sat in the front as he is so tall and chatted away with both drivers to and from the airport.
Moments later after driving passed so lovely fields, we are pulling up outside a gorgeous hotel. We unload and across the car park (a moments walk if that) is the airport!!

Honestly the ease was an amazing relief and no jokes aside one of the best companies ive dealt with in a while! P.s the driver on the way home had me cracking up and after a stressful journey it was much needed!! 😘

Just used SkyParkSecure for the first time.
Our trip was from Healthrow T2, & could not have gone any smoother.
On arrival I was looking where to park, when I heard someone say my name & directed me to a parking spot, I don’t know his name unfortunately.
On our return, collecting our cases took longer than expected, Zed went above & beyond, waiting & helping with tickets. Very patient. Thank You.
Highly recommended, & will definitely use again.

I have been using SkyParkSecure for years. The prices are always competitive and usually cheaper than other companies. Their customer service/support team is always responsive and very helpful!!
I recently had an issue with a booking which the resolved and there was no meed to chase them.

The staff member who appeared to be in charge both on our trip out and our return is in need of anger management training.

He was rude to every single customer that came in.

He was clearly stressed so I do wonder if it’s company pressure, but regardless the way he spoke so aggressively to man/woman/child was appalling.

He drove so fast and erratically on our return journey I thought he’d roll the van!

None of the staff wore seat belts in their van or when moving peoples cars - which they drove like F1.

I contacted skylark via the website asking them to confirm my booking as I was leaving the UK in under 10 hours. The sight says emails/ requests take up to 72 hours, which in this case would have been no good at all. So, Iwas very pleased to receive a written reply ,confirming my booking details with an hour. My only puzzkement is why the reference I entered into my booking dud not work, when the confirmation ref. was the same !

Felt a bit scammed and exactly same experience as other users. Initially they seem cheaper, you pay one usme and later when you turn up you have to shell out further £12! And they take your car away only god knows where...

They quoted me about £13 cheaper than official EMA short stay, however when tou pay initial sum - you get instructions that you will have to pay £6 to drop off the car and another £6 to leave parking so there is virtually no difference from official parking, however with them you will have to entrust your car so they can take it in to a safe spot (unnecessary risk, considering that at this point you are not saving any money anymore)

Also on their website you book it as a MEET AND GREET (which would make you think that it will be in front of the airport) however you are sent to short stay car park to the row C which is furtherest place away from the airport.
