This company is not to be trusted at all, they are clearly using the money for other purposes and not my pension, I have been enrolled 2 months and not one single payment is showing, so that tells me someone is on the rob somewhere…

When a member joins a pension scheme, contributions are not collected or invested while they remain within their statutory opt-out period. This allows members to opt-out of the scheme if they choose to do so. If a member opts out during this period, any refund due is processed through their employer's payroll rather than through their pension account.
Our records show that you chose to opt-out of the scheme within the opt-out window. As a result, no contributions were collected from your employer or invested into your pension account.
If you have any questions about your refund, we recommend contacting your employer directly, as they are responsible for processing this through payroll. Lisa was absolutely wonderful
Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she was very patient and talked through the corrections I needed to make. As I explained to Lisa I am new in this role and the previous payroller had not left any instructions. Lisa was very good at letting me know the errors would be fixed which was a huge weight off my mind. In my experience sometimes support calls can be very unhelpful and dismissive, Lisa was the exact opposite of this. Due to Lisa's patience and understanding she deserves a payrise.
