Lisa was absolutely wonderful
Lisa was absolutely wonderful, she was very patient and talked through the corrections I needed to make. As I explained to Lisa I am new in this role and the previous payroller had not left any instructions. Lisa was very good at letting me know the errors would be fixed which was a huge weight off my mind. In my experience sometimes support calls can be very unhelpful and dismissive, Lisa was the exact opposite of this. Due to Lisa's patience and understanding she deserves a payrise.

She clearly explained each step and ensured I understood how the Smart Pension portal works, making it much easier to navigate and complete the required tasks.
