Brig at the Queencreek store was very friendly. Definitely will stop here again

De havde på deres hjemmeside at man kunne få gratis levering i april, til den 25. Dog må man åbenbart ik bo "langt" væk. Jeg kunne ikke få leveringen gratis fordi jeg boede 3 km væk, som tager omkring 6 min i bil.

Lad hver med at reklamere om gratis levering når i ikke har det!

burgerne føltes klistrede i munden og smagte ikke så interessant, der var et hår i den ene af dem, pomfritterne var kedelige, og vi fik begge to dårlig mave med det samme efter vi havde spist dem

I had a pretty simple request to a customer service issue. No one working in the Alafaya Trail location could solve or was willing to solve. Purchased a gift card during Christmas. A bonus gift card with the purchase seemed to not be loaded. Supervisor was not willing to make it right, neither was corporate. Trash cans were overflowing. I understand now why the location is permanently closed. Don't give them business. Five Guys and Burger Fi are have much better food.

The 1st time I've been to Smash Burger, I went to the one in Dunfermline for a lunch with my wife and daughter.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was initially shocked at how expensive it was £53 for 3 x Burgers, no sides and 3 X milkshakes 🤯 but was equally as shocked at how tasty the burgers and also the milkshakes were.
We had a lovely time. Not sure I would go regularly due to the price but for a treat for the kids I would definitely come again.

Had my first Smash-burger today in Irmo, SC. It was great and Malakaye was super awesome and attentive! Food was delicious, fresh and piping hot! Not sure if the cook’s name, but she was awesome too!

Had smash burger before and was gorgeous but orded tonight took over 1hour to come when opened it was clock cold just cheese on a normal frozen burger with cheese no American cheese like the menu started

went to Smashburger on Quebec in Denver and completely messed my whole order up. Dropped parents off at airport and decided to stop there. Gave us the wrong burgers and chicken was grilled not crispy, I live all the way in Boulder, should have checked before I left. I tried to call and they were temporary closed for some reason. Food was not good. I spent 40 dollars for it. Wont do that again

Would not use this place again the food taste like from McDonald’s

Twice in a row they forgot multiple items in my order, and when called they act like there's nothing they can do

Update. I complained and got a ‘sorry’. No offer of refund on my food I didn’t get. I would not go here if I were you

Jeg bestilte to dobbelt bacon cheese burgere med 2x pomfritter med dip til, hos Smash burger Roskilde Jeg bestilte klokken 16.30, i god tid, grundet forventet travlhed i forbindelse med 1. Januar, med levering.
Jeg fik en estimeret leveringstid på 60 min, hvilket er lang tid, men fair nok. Kl 17.25 får jeg et opkald om at min mad vil blive 15 min forsinket. En time senere, kl 18.25 ringer jeg til smash burger, for at høre hvor maden bliver af, jeg snakker med en meget sød medarbejder, og jeg får afvide at der er en yderligere forsinkelse på 30 min, men at jeg vil få nogle ekstra sodavand og dip som undskyldning.
Klokken 19.20, har vi stadig ikke fået noget mad, og jeg ringer igen ind og får fat i den søde medarbejder igen, som spørger om jeg kan komme ned til restauranten og hente det, hvor jeg her igen får afvide at jeg vil få ekstra sodavand, dip og 25% i rabat, som undskyldning. Jeg køre ned mod restauranten, 2 min efter får jeg et opkald om at min levering er kommet, så jeg vender om og køre hjem igen. Der er en sød mand som fortæller at jeg får lidt rabat og betaler derfor 65kr mindre end ordrens oprindelig pris. Så 3 timer efter jeg lægger en ordre, er maden kommet.
Da jeg åbner min mad, har vi fået to mayo dip, som kompensation. Og alt maden var helt kold..
Vi har haft en virkelig øv oplevelse..

In town for the holidays and my SO wanted to try Smashburger. That was a huge mistake!

He ordered a burger and tots and they were quickly served. However, the onion, tomato and pickle were not on the burger as indicated. Also there was no ketchup or mustard on the sandwiches. Thankfully they were both on the table.

I was forced to wait for my burger and fries which were not delivered until he had finished his meal. My burger, once it was delivered, was lukewarm and no longer tender. Likewise for my fries which were soggy. That's what 15-20 minutes on the counter under the warming lights will do. My burger was served with no onion or tomato and was less than desirable. I tried to eat it but couldn't.

Obviously we won't be back. We live in Florida and had our meals been delivered on a timely basis, we would visit your Florida locations. Obviously, that's not going to happen.

I guess I'll have to wait till in-and-Out Burger comes to the state. Their burgers are excellent and quality is consistent.

Smashburger is a chain. This one is our favorite. Located at LA Live in Downtown LA it is filled with excitement and fun. Now, it is always crowded but the line moves fast and you will be fine.

You order your food at the counter and eat there or on their patio. You can also get take away or delivery. We love to eat there before a show at Crypto Arena (their food is awful by the way) which is right down the street and part of LA Live. The prices are fair and they have a good selection.

Parking is in a public lot for a fee, there is really no way to avoid that.

The service is super friendly and they are pretty quick. They are especially patient considering I have never seen it without a line out the door.

The place is very cute with nice seating inside and out. It is kept very clean.

The selection is nice. We love all their burgers and they also have great fries. We often get one of their salads and they are always fresh and crisp. I love that they have milk and their hand made milk shacks are super. They have chicken burgers that may grandson loves. I like their crispy brussel sprouts. Their sweet potato waffle fries are good are very good, but who am I kidding, they are not healthy, just get what you love and for me that is their French fries and tater tots. All of their food is good and you will be happy.

On 12/18/24 at 18:06 I visited the Smashburger located at 718 Fashion Dr., Ste A in Columbia, SC 29229 (Sandhill Mall). The service was amazing. I was serviced by Alexis and Cheyenne. After working in Human Resources for over 20 years, I can attest that the customer service was some of the best. These young ladies need to be trainers. The food order was accurate (repeated back to me), they were "very pleasant", it didn't take long and the food was "delicious". I ordered the Classic Smash all the way and it was on the mark. I've had other burgers that didn't taste as flavorable. I would highly recommend the establishment. Thank you Smashburger...you have a return customer. Please let them know they are appreciated.

My husband and I ordered a classic smashburger with no cheese, tater tots and they shake. The smashburger was half the size it used to be, and it had cheese on it. The tots and the shake were great. I'm just disappointed that the prices are much higher than used to be and the burgers are half the size. My husband and I like to split one because we don't eat much but this is ridiculous. We will never go back.
