Snooze series 4

Snooze series 4. Awful mattress, we've had it for 2 years now but after about 6 months permanent dips started to develop where you lie, with a mountain between my partner and I. We've rotated it a few times but the dips remained and quickly developed in the other end too. Its now so bad I can only sleep in one position (where the dip allows) all night, and my back is very sore. Buying a new one now, wish we had done sooner. Do not buy.

Snooze has taken our money and does not want to deliver our order. No brand loyalty

We made an order and as the store in Geelong has closed, Snooze says that it's our problem and they can't help us.
We consider that Snooze has a responsibility to their customers, regardless of what store they bought from - it is a big brand, and if they do this to their customers then their brand name is worth nothing.
Do not buy anything from them, especially in these times of uncertainty. By the time it takes them to manufacture your order, you might find that the store has closed and Snooze will say to you 'bad luck'.
Disgraceful and disappointing.

Awesome customer experience

Awesome customer experience. I was so picky but the sales assistant was really patient with me and gave me as much time to make the right decision. 6 months down the track I couldn't be happier with my new bed. I ended up buying a new base a few months later and they did everything over the phone with all my details and had it delivered a few days later. Thank you!

Extremely bad and unprofessional service!!!

Very very disappointed with their service! Purchased from Gepps Cross, Snooze. Extremely inexperienced, rude and unhelpful Manager Michalie. Also had an even worse experience from Head Office (VIC) Customer service and complaints department! Insinuating and treating us like Snooze are doing us a favour by covering us with any repairs even though we have a 5 year manufacturer Warranty?!? Will never be shopping from Snooze ever ever again!!! Do yourselves a favour and stay completely away from Snooze! I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase!

After sending back our Otty mattress…

After sending back our Otty mattress because we didnt get on with it we got the snooze series 4. After 18 months of use this is still a good matress, i chose the firm option for the mattress. Purchased from benson for beds who were very helpful.

If you want a bad back and sleepless…

If you want a bad back and sleepless nights buy this matress , had an "expert" over and said to rotate the matress , its heavy but still we followed the advice........ you sink and you will have to climb a mountain to see your partner again . It's the worst

Do not trust this store and management

Do not trust this store and management. Its been over two weeks since we made a complaint to the store and no one has gotten back to us.
They have very poor customer service. Whilst standing in the store to close to 15mins we did not get approached by the ground staff. Only when we sat down on a 6000 dollar mattress did we get approached.
The delivery contractors failed to meet their delivery times as per the text. They did not inform us that they would be late or even to tell us they couldn't make it. We had to call them to find out why they didnt make the delivery window time.
Barry should not be trusted as other information pertaining to delivery fees was not correctly identified during the sale and it felt like he only wanted money and not to bond with customers.
We WERE returning customers but as such we will not be returning to this store and we will inform our friends and family to not shop here.
Other stores in vicinity of that building would have better customer relations.
Avoid, do not waste your time here.

Snooze is the worst bedding company

Snooze is the worst bedding company! No after sale service whatsoever and pack of fibbers...wish i never ever purchased from them!
They charge delivery, dont take away your old mattress and i have since my purchase found out harvey norman, forty winks, david jones, myer etc all offer mattress removal, have no ridiculouse delivery charge and the sales staff dont fib and push to make sale and their commission! I have feeling they will shut down soon as most smart people will spend their money at more reliable stores and honest sales staff!

This is the worst mattress ever

This is the worst mattress ever. Bought from Bensons for beds in Banbury just over a year ago, but within months a ridge had formed in the middle and we were both feeling we were being tipped out of the bed, and my husband did actually fall out on a couple of occasions. Not good for someone with heart problems. Turned it over onto the side you're not supposed to sleep on, and though it was harder, at least we didn't fall out. After reading the other reviews we now realise it's not just us, so we are now going to complain.

Avoid Snooze Launceston…Customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply!!!!!

After explaining to Snooze Launceston that my wife sleeps hot and testing several different QS mattresses in store we were recommended a Craftsman boxed innerspring mattress which we purchased.. Just one night on this mattress we discovered it was hot to sleep on. Snooze Launceston would not exchange or refund even though we expressly pointed out that we needed a mattress that was not hot to sleep on. Customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply at Snooze Launceston. We have since discovered that there are other stores in Launceston that will exchange mattress if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.

Don't waste your time if you expect service

Extremely poor service and don't expect any service after the sale. .
Ordered numerous items from the marion store and was given a delivery time frame of 4 week's by the sales assistant .
This was no where near accurate and took nearly 10 weeks for it to arrive.
Store manager didn't even want to deal with the issue and palmed the problem off to one of the workers .
Spoke with snooze customer care who were slightly more helpful. They emailed the owner who was away untill october and asked them to contact myself . Now we're in November and I've heard nothing ....... from either the owner (guess I know why the store manager doesn't care about customers ) or snooze customer care to see if my issues were resolved .
Will never shop here again.

If you encounter a problem don't expect any help.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from Snooze. I paid a lot for a mattress and it is so bad and uncomfortable. I complained to Snooze a few times but never heard back from them.
I'll never buy a bed from there again.

Worst Mistake!

Doesn't hold it's shape. Have had serious back problems after having the mattress a year!!
One side has completely collapsed! Top of the mattress has started to bubble away from the bottom half.
Worst mattress we could have ever bought. Complete wait of money!!!

I know someone who used to work for…

I know someone who used to work for Sleepeezee (who make mattresses for Snooze). They put rusty springs in the mattresses and bases every single day!! Don't put the right foam in or the right support layers. And those rusted out springs, no wonder the mattresses don't give any support after 3 months of use. Disgusting. They even fake the sleep study tests that get sent overseas. Wrong size foam. Wrong size springs. All to take the cheaper way out.. Check out the video that has been uploaded to youtube titled "sleepeezee bedding australia" with a pic of the springs...its appauling

Snooze 4firm from benson for beds …total rubbish

Snooze 4firm from benson for beds matress side collapsing having to put plllows under side to stop falling out of bed ridge in middle complaint to benson sent a agent out to check mattress employed by benson for beds a joke he stated that was wear a £500 mattress wear out in under a year a joke benson for beds no replacement have to take complaint to furiture ombudsman will add more

This review is for a Snooze Series 4 mattress

Do not purchase you will waste your money as you are highly likely to experience what is know as settlement in the bed industry but to the user you will experience channels where you sleep and if two of you then a ridge between you both where you don't sleep making it an overall poor sleep experience.
This review is for a Snooze Series 4 but would not trust the brand given our personal experience of the purchase and within 6mths of use we slowly experienced the channel/trough like dips in the mattress which the retailer/manufacturer would not consider a resolution as classed as normal settlement....we've never experienced settlement issues with a mattress purchased before, hence making future buyers aware to prevent loss of money.
