Really happy with our new leather furniture, a 3 seater. 2 seater & armchair, great quality furniture which looks great, colour exactly as expected and feels luxurious and well worth the wait, also great service provided by Abbey during the ordering process who provided plenty of samples that were promptly delivered, Abbey was very helpful and we did not feel pressured into buying and we ended up ordering the furniture in a colour that was not shown as available on the design we ended up choosing, the only issue I had was with the delivery guys who basically just wanted to drop it off outside my front door and go, as they had other deliveries to make and getting the sofa's into my property was too hard for them and I felt pressured by them, we did eventually get all furniture into my property.

Lovely, well made furniture. Sofitalia friendly and helpful to deal with, good communication.
Would be 5 stars, but one armchair has a defect which looks most likely to have occurred in transit between Italy and our home. Flagged to Sofitalia and awaiting a resolution.

Abbey has been an absolute delight to communicate with throughout our design and purchase process. Moreover, she has kept us informed re ETA for delivery and we received successful delivery this week of a wonderful, high quality and comfortable bespoke sofa. Equally as impressive, the design, build and delivery was completed in just over 3 months. Can't thank Abbey and the Sofaitalia team enough.

After a terrible experience with another Company I was very hesitant in doing a online Purchase. Sample swatches were sent and made my selection.
Abbey Liddle was very knowledgable and answered all my concerns/queries.

I ordered the sofa with a bit of trepidation because it was an online company I had never heard about. I spoke to Abbey Liddle and she reassured me and was so helpful because the size I wanted was not a conventional size that they carried but she made the order process so seamless. I got in touch at the suggested time and voila sofa was ready! Abbey arranged delivery and each time I had a query, she dealt with it promptly.
Sofa was delivered a few days ago and it met my expectations. The colour was perfect and the leather is so soft and nice to touch.

Sofa arrived and was unpacked for us. It's exactly as described and in photos, so no surprises. Good value and good quality. Just a pity you can't actually see before you buy to be absolutely sure, so do the research well.

Delighted with both the service from the girls on the phone, to the sofas and chair. The quality is excellent and the furniture very comfortable, slightly more firm than I’d thought it would be, but after 2 weeks, it’s softened slightly which makes it perfect.

Ordered a sofa on the net and was obviously apprehensive due to seeing it only online photos. But Abbey was absolutely lovely when placing the order she sorted everything.
Waiting for the arrival was a little nerve racking but the big day arrived today.Wow couldn’t be any happier, we’re thrilled to bits and an expensive purchase online we’re laid to rest.

The sofa I got were very smart well made and look great had to put them on old till I retired and it was not a problem

We love our new sofa and chairs, exactly as described, they came ahead of time and were delivered with care and in a professional manner, the communication from the company has been first class throughout. Quality of furniture excellent, would highly recommend this company

Received a sofa, armchair and stool in mid June although didn't unpack until about 10 days later. The delivery arrived I would say a good 2 months earlier than I thought it would. Well done Sofaitalia. The delivery company were excellent, contacting me to arrange delivery and providing updates. The guys who actually delivered were very polite and respectful. Once unpacked I noticed a few scratches/marks and called Sofaitalia who requested photos. ONce they had reviewed the photos they responded very quickly advising that this could be consistent with the type of leather but as a gesture of goodwill, they kindly sent me a leather kit which has improved the look. \only one other area of concern and that is the back of the chair seems to sag on one side. I have been advised to leave this a few weeks to wait for the cushion to settle. Just waiting to see now. On the whole though the furniture is beautiful, (a relative now wants to buy the same), delivery was first class and the team at Sofaitalia have been very helpful. Hence 5 stars

What I really liked about this company was there was no hard sell . Rebecca Girling was really lovely with time to let you think and time to help you decide . I knew the quality was going to be good but I needed help with the colour and after several samples a decision was made . Definitely a great friendly company.

Abbey Liddle of SofaItalia made the whole process of buying an Italian sofa from an online company very easy. She was able to help with whether our chosen products would be able to fit though our internal doors and also to confirm whether the arms would be detatchable (they are not).
Thank you Abbey. I shall leave a further review once the sofas have been delivered.
