Excellent in every way
100% customer focused. Aaron was really helpful and patient with all the changes we made. Nothing was too much trouble at any point and he responded to messages quickly to make the buying process so smooth. Great product at an excellent price. Could not recommend enough.

They answer the phone,have got time to speak to you, are knowledgeable about their product and get the order out asap. Would not use any other company for under floor heating . Not really one to review good or bad all I want is for companies todo what it says on the tin! These boys do. Well done all the best for the future.

Since buying from Soleheat for my UFH…
Since buying from Soleheat for my UFH project. I have found dealing with both Aaron and Brett 2nd to none. Very professional and knowledgeable too. Resolved a couple of issues straight away. 1st was damaged item, clearly as a result of Delivery firm and not Soleheat. Item sent and received next day, 2nd, months later was a faulty flow regulator which was also dealt with efficiently and sent out for next day delivery.
Would highly recommend Soleheat. Excellent customer service!
