Excellent customer service and value for money
My Soleheat purchase was made up of a number of different components being delivered by different reputable delivery companies. There were issues with delivery but Soleheat went beyond what might be expected to fix the issues quickly and effectively. You only see how good a company really is when there's a problem. Soleheat we're excellent. They will definitely get my custom again in future.

Very helpful customer service, explained complex situation very well
Would definitely recommend this company. I spoke with Aaron about an issue left by some builders who had used a Soleheat system but taken elements of the system off site. He spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone to me and helped me to understand the situation fully. I found him really helpful, knowledgable and kind. The world needs more people like him

Very quick service
Very quick service, ordered on Sunday night and had a phone call Monday morning to arrange delivery. They waited for me to get back to them to arrange delivery date with customer and arrived as stated. 2nd time I have used this company and both times the service has been dpot on.

The overall experience was good and…
The overall experience was good and positive, however I have encountered a couple of aspects that were not as good as I expected, the insulated retrofit eggcrates just been badly glued together instead of being built-in as described and the outlet on the Manifold were a bigger size than ordered.
