Somerset Early Scans Avis 

I booked my scan 2 days before it which was great and efficient. I booked a women’s health check to check for PCOS and the Sonographer (Beata) was an absolute delight. I suffer with health anxiety and this scan caused me a lot of stress due to what could possibly be found but she was amazing, super energetic and supportive and explained everything to me right there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first ultrasound and figured there’s nothing to be worried about! My anxiety was completely put to rest and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff are all lovely, especially Amie. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and gave us the best experience. Would 100% recommend!

My partner and I are having our third child, and had previously used another scanning/imaging company. Although we were happy with them as well, Somerset Early Scans were the best we've used.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us plenty of time to both see our baby and get some wonderful pictures. It was a very positive experience for us.

I booked an appointment very last minute, on the day. Although their website isn’t clear on locations & Paulton is listed as Bath (when it’s actually Bristol) - I ended up at the wrong location. Once this was realised, I was lucky enough that the site I was at, had availability. I just had to sit a little while to wait for the current persons appointment to finish.

When we went in for the appointment, I realised that it was Hannah, who scanned me previously. This was a lovely surprise and it was nice to have continuity. (I can’t remember the other lady’s name, but she is just as lovely too)

Everything was explained going through the scan. Hannah is very thorough in her work.

We left happy. Hopefully won’t need to see her again, but can happily recommend the business and the staff.

Love this clinic. Very welcoming and thorough . Feels less medical than hosp / nhs scans .

We had a lovely experience with Somerset early scans. Both my partner and I were in shock over the whole situation as we'd only found out 2 days before the appointment. The girls were very reassuring and informative at the same time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Easy to book an appointment, friendly and professional personnel, the visit is not rushed and all the questions are answered clearly. The results are transmitted via email in a very short time. Overall very happy and satisfied.

I needed a specific, very personal scan. booking the appointment was easy, the clinic was easy to reach, no city travel needed, but best of all, Alison, the Sonographer, was just wonderful! she was interested, interesting, treated me as an equal, and switched on the monitor so that I could see what she could see.
I have recommended this clinic to the medical service that requested the scan.

I had such a positive experience at the Somerset Early Scan Clinic-Bridgwater. The staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease during what can sometimes be an anxious time. Everything was explained clearly, the environment was calm and professional, and the scan itself was carried out with so much care and reassurance. I left feeling informed, comforted, and very well looked after. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an early pregnancy scan.

Beata was lovely at my 2nd gender scan. She was as excited as i was and had a great demeanor/sense of humour. I had one a week earlier but baby wasn't in a good position/a little too small to see, so SES gave me a complimentary free scan the following wk and baby was co-operating more this time. I've had 3 scans now at SES and would 100% recommend

We had a bit of a rubbish 20week scan with a member of staff from the NHS, so being able to have this scan a few weeks following to look forward to was really important. It was worth every bit of what we paid. The staff made the experience so lovely for us and I cannot thank them enough. Me and my husband were overjoyed with it. Thank you

I went here to find out the gender of my baby due to them not being able to see at my 20 week scan. Hannah the Sonographer was brilliant she explained everything and checked baby was all okay. Baby was proving difficult to see the gender again due to being in the wrong position but Hannah remained patient and was able to eventually tell us the gender. Her assistant was lovely too and both were very kind to me my husband and toddler. I would recommend Somerset early scans to anyone looking for private scans

Amie and her lovely assistant (who we’ve unfortunately forgotten the name of!) in Bristol have been absolutely amazing during both our 6 and 18 week scans. They both made us feel extremely comfortable and reassured during each visit. Would 1000% recommend!

Cannot recommend Somerset Early Scans enough. We went for our first scan at 6 weeks as we’d had multiple early miscarriages previously. We then ended up having another scan at 9 weeks and 16 weeks and 25 weeks for our own reassurance as I wasn’t very well. Every single time we were put at ease, everything was explained to us in detail and we were given some lovely photos (prints and via email) as well as a report. The whole experience made my pregnancy that little bit easier.
