Can I just give a big thank you to Charlie who has been helping and supporting me with the unfortunate issue I had with the return of my recent order which went missing. Charlie has been brilliant, always keeping me upto date and I received an email today to inform me that I was receiving my refund.

I have never bought from Sosander…
I have never bought from Sosander before and I wasn't disappointed. These linen trousers are well cut, a little looser than expected, but comfortably so. They arrived badly creased, but a steam iron soon sorted them out and they are lovely quality. A little bit more than I usually pay (in M & S), but will get the wear out of them throughout the warmer days. The length of the regular is generous, 31", but good to just cover the shoe or sandal without draping on the floor. I would highly recommend and can see if you don't grab it while you can, you'll be disappointed.

I purchased a gorgeous jumpsuit from Sosander a few months ago and had an issue with it recently. I contacted Sosander customer services for advice and Faye emailed me back within a couple of hours even though the automated reply sated it would be upto 48hrs. Faye's prompt reply and efficiency were fantastic, she resolved my issue immediately and was also very kind in her reply. Superb customer service Sosander, especially from Faye.

Great customer service from Sofia
I have been a satisfied customer for several years and as a result recommended Sosander to family and friends who are equally happy.
I had an unusual experience recently when a pair of high waisted jeans gave way and ravelled at the seam.
I subsequently contacted Customer Service, and informed them of the issue, as well as providing photographic proof.
I was fortunate to have my issue dealt with by Sofia. She immediately acknowledged my mail and very patiently and efficiently offered a number of resolutions. My preferred option was a new replacement, free of charge and with free delivery.
Sosander is fortunate to have someone like Sofia who is a true professional and an effective member of the customer service team. My confidence in this company remains high and I shall continue as a loyal customer.

Frustrating, dissatisfactory customer service.
I placed a large order which never arrived - I tracked it and it was ‘returned to sender’, but I hadn’t returned it. I contacted customer services (no one had informed me there was a problem) they said the package was ‘too big’ - as though this explains it… and asked if I would like a refund or for them to send me the order. I asked for it to be sent to me. I then got an email informing me I was being refunded minus a £2 delivery charge! I emailed again to say I wanted the order I had taken time ordering, not a refund and certainly not a refund minus £2! The email response was apologetic - assuring me the £2 would not be deducted, but there was no response to my query as to why my order had not been sent again. I am left with none of the order I placed, no compensation for time wasted ordering and emailing. A very dissatisfied customer.

Feel the quality is slipping and will…
Feel the quality is slipping and will be returning last purchase received today. A black 3/4 jumpsuit arrived very creased and thin fabric with no quality weight to it. Appreciate it's a summer item but feels cheap plus the pockets are poorly inserted on the hip so puckered on the hips... not flattering. Disappointed and will be less likely to order.
