I have been a customer for years and love the quality and style off the clothes, but for the first time I had to send a pair off shoes back after wearing them once found out they were faulty, but Charlie ( custom service) was amazing, I sent them back a replacement was done straight away, even before they had them back. I mistakenly sent back a size 14 dress…
I mistakenly sent back a size 14 dress instead of size 16. The size 14 was the dress I want to wear to my daughters wedding. Charlie at Sosandar was extremely helpful, she contacted the returns department to locate the dress and send it back to me. Charlie has kept me informed throughout. I am extremely grateful for her help as the dress was no longer available to order.

Very nice clothes, good quality
I placed an order on 22 May and I received it on 10th of June, not sure what happened, although orders normally arrive on time. Although it took a while to arrive, customer service team helped me and I am very happy with my purchase.

A satisfactory Customer Services experience
I contacted customer services as I had to return a jacket for which the full description was not indicated online. I would not have ordered if the description had included the fact the jacket had sewn in ruched sleeves and therefor felt I should not be charged return postage in this particular case. Lovely Pair of Leather Trousers Perfect Sizing
I bought a pair of leather trousers and they are absolutely perfect. Not too heavy but just right for either summer, autumn or winter. Very smart with a little top in the summer evenings. I had a small issue with the delivery tracking number not working. I gave a lovely lady called Sofia at Sosandar a call and she sorted it out for me straight away. Excellent customer service from Sofia. Sofia was polite and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very grateful to her as they were not cheap trousers. They arrived on time today as promised. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Quality staff like Sofia make all the difference and of course the clothing is very good quality and sizing.

EXCELLENT customer service - fabulous quality clothes!
What a delight to deal with such a responsive, friendly company!
The delivery driver unfortunately delivered my dress in the wrong place ... it was picked up with everything else and taken to the tip!!! Arrrrggghhh it was for a specific occassion less than a week away 😫.
In steps Faye who is an absolute credit to Sosandar's customer service team. She went above and beyond and ensured I had the dress delivered on time (whilst in the background they deal with the courier).
When it arrived I have to say I was over the moon!!!
Superb quality, fits like a glove and is just perfect for the occassion.
