Lovely clothes with good service
Came across this brand via Facebook and I’ve not been disappointed. Lovely dresses and fast delivery. I was sent a discount code with my last order that didn’t work but Customer Services rectified this promptly.

EXCELLENT customer service - fabulous quality clothes!
What a delight to deal with such a responsive, friendly company!
The delivery driver unfortunately delivered my dress in the wrong place ... it was picked up with everything else and taken to the tip!!! Arrrrggghhh it was for a specific occassion less than a week away 😫.
In steps Faye who is an absolute credit to Sosandar's customer service team. She went above and beyond and ensured I had the dress delivered on time (whilst in the background they deal with the courier).
When it arrived I have to say I was over the moon!!!
Superb quality, fits like a glove and is just perfect for the occassion.
I will definitely be shopping again with Sosandar and can't recommend them, and Faye☺️, enough!

Great customer care
I have been a customer of this company for years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the clothes and the service. I recently placed an order and there was an issue with one of the items which had a faulty zip. I contacted customer service and the amazing Faye dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. She was also so friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Sosandar to anyone.

Charlie from the Support Service was incredibly supportive, empathetic and helpful. I was having difficulties trying to navigate the Returns System as I am 80 years old and not completely IT confident. Nothing was too much trouble Charlie sorted it all out for me without making me look like the idiot I am!!

Fantastic customer service
Due to a typo I put in my postcode, my parcel ended up at the wrong address. I tracked it down, it had been handed back to Evri (who claim no knowledge of it). Sosander have been excellent, particularly Charlie, who dealt with my issue and has popped a replacement dress in the post for me. Excellent customer service. Will not be afraid to keep buying from you/

Firstly I have loved my dresses
Firstly I have loved my dresses. I have purchased from Sosandar, as it’s difficult not knowing sometimes which size I have ordered two sizes to see which one fits the best. Obviously upon returning one of them they have made it so easy to return and kept me fully informed all the way then getting my refund back was not an issue. Emailing the company for any help has been very easy with the staff members very polite and helpful coming back to me with any queries I would fully recommend buying from this company as you can feel reassured with the consistency of the help at hand also. I loved my most recent dress so much I bought another one as a spare thank you to Faye also for all your help regarding a return I had.Xx

Rapid resolution by Sofia
Sofia was really helpful and rapidly resolved the query re my order. She also sent me email confirmation as I requested. Quite excellent. She was 5 star.
The only reason this is not 5 star overall is the length of time it took from initial enquiry to being connected with Sofia which may be ‘standard’/to be expected and I guess dependent on ‘busy-ness’, but I have no comparator. Nor have I used the service before.
