I’m so annoyed !

I’m so annoyed ! First time ordering direct with this company previously bought from this brand through M&S and next . Sosandar do not seem to have any customer service ! The online portal does not work will not recognise my order . I’ve tried calling you get put on hold then silence or cut off or message saying they are too busy and cut off . No online chat working . I thought this was a legit brand but will not be ordering from them again

Faye was wonderful

Faye was wonderful! Really helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the trousers I ordered were too short (I’ve got very long legs) and I couldn’t find my order details to return them. Faye replied to my email query really quickly and gave me all the details I needed for a refund. Thanks Faye!

I cannot fault this company at all,I had a fault with a pair of trousers and emailed Sofia and she couldn't be more helpful replied to my email next day with either a replacement or refund, I accepted a replacement as I loved the trousers thy were in the post next day .There customer service is amazing and communication is impeccable such a lovely company to order from they really do deserve 5*rating.

Delivery issue quickly resolved

I had a problem with a delivery and made contact with Sosander.
My issue was very promptly addressed by Sofia, who kept me in the picture through email.
She very quickly arranged for rent order to be resent by express delivery.

Great customer service

I made a mistake when returning my…

I made a mistake when returning my order. I was advised by the post office to contact Sosander by email which I did. I got a lovely lady called Sofia who helped solve my issue and I returned all my order in one package, Sofia was very efficient and understood where I went wrong and sorted it for me . I was grateful for her help.

Bad returns experience

Trying to return an item but the drop off they gave me was 40 miles from my home. I tried several times to ring Sosander Customer Services to be told I am.No 7 in the queue but each time I get to No 1 in the queue, they cut me off. Why provide a telephone contact number if they aren't going to answer! Not good enough.

Update.

Sosander have emailed and have come up with a suggested solution. Thank you, Sosander

Excellent customer service,

I wanted your maroon Borg coat in a size 14 but it was sold out. I opted to be emailed when stock was back in stock and subscribed to receive 20% off my order.I was notified that my coat was in stock. I was so pleased but I hadn’t received my code to get the 20% off. I went ahead and ordered it as I was worried my coat would sell out as there were only 3 in stock.. I contacted customer service and your Charlie offered to refund me 20% ..

Bad ordering systems not fit for purpose

Really not impressed ordered 2 dresses for a do going to and yet again despite your system saying it was in stock you are actually out of stock of the first choice one! This is the upteenth time this has happened and has put me off shopping with you! You really need to get your ordering system in order i’m sure i’m not the only one you are doing this to! Don’t advertise items you haven’t got its very simple! And stop making the same terrible excuses when we call you!
And stop asking for details asI have responded to you direct and made a complaint too

Great clothing and a special mention for Millie a credit to Sosander

The customer service I received was excellent. Millie handled my request efficiently and promptly. The dresses i bought were beautiful and very well made.

Sequin top disintegrates lack of quality

Sadly the beautiful sequin top I treated myself to along with the matching velvet suit has disintegrated in two matching areas. I wore it and received such compliments with at least one person I know purchasing the suit.

Sadly after wearing just once the toe is no longer wearable as it’s is disintegrating in two different places. This too has not been washed.

I bought the outfit via Sainsbury’s as you sell via them. I have contacted both yourselves and them and as I bought this in February so is over the 30 days neither of you are interested as the computer says no.

This outfit was not cheap and was a real treat for myself to wear for special occasions and I now find myself left with an outfit that is now without the matching top and nobody willing to help or take responsibility.

Sadly in a time wear you can buy cheaper clothing I can see why you would!!! as being left with an outfit that cost over £150 and unable to wear the full thing leave me in a place and nobody willing to help (I just wanted a replacement top) I will not look to buy from you again and will let others know of the lack of quality and support.

As the purchase is from Sainsbury's and is faulty, you have the right to return it to the purchaser. We have advised this. If you have the receipt or proof of purchase, no retailer can refuse a return on a faulty item. We always suggest locating the purchase on a bank statement. Without proof of purchase, it becomes a little tricky, but if you had purchased directly from us, a receipt would have been located either instore or an online order confirmation. So the failing on this occasion is the retailer, not Sosandar .
