Absolutely amazing aftercare.

After ordering 2 parts, the 1st was fine but the 2nd item was the wrong size. After getting hold of customer services, the sent out the right parts the next day.

The prices are reasonable and the part are good quality.

I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them before any other car parts company.

Writing this out of frustration for this company.

Purchased a wing mirror for my van from them. Admittedly, I purchased the wrong one. Contacted them through the online form but no reply.

So I followed the guidance provided by the website for a return. Provided contact details with the return, hoping they would notify me when it has arrived back with them. Yet again, no contact.

Wing mirror was posted back to them on the 21 Oct. Tracking info says it was delivered on the 23 Oct. Still waiting for refund 9 days later. All I ask is confirmation of refund. End of the day, I’ve followed their procedure but to no avail!
