Very friendly and dealt with my booking in a short space of time

Used SpaSeekers in the past very reliable and easy to book at reasonable prices

Made a booking which showed available on the website and payment was taken immediately. Then got an email a few days later saying that the stay I booked was unavailable. I requested a refund which was confirmed to be paid in 3-5 working days but now, 2 weeks later have been informed that the refund was not processed and I need to wait another 3-5 working days. Thankfully I had funds available to book a stay through a competitor (which went smoothly) but had I not, my surprise trip wouldn't have gone ahead. Customer service advisors are polite and responsive but overall experience has been really poor.

I totally enjoyed my spa session. The environment is very serene, attractive and relaxing. The staff were friendly, approachable and efficient. Florina, was really skillful and made me feel well relaxed. I will surely visit again.

I have used spaseekers many many times for their fantastic deals. This time I booked a spa day on 27 June. I realised on 29 June I needed to move the date and was charged £25 to move it! I changed it less than 48 hours after purchase. I had also rung the spa myself and confirmed they could move the date. So for 1 minute work spaseekers charged an additional £25. Not great customer service.

Used Spa Seekers before and theyre always good. Excellent deals, easy booking process & quick confirmation. No hesitstion recommending :)

I had the loveliest spa morning! My masseuse was very good and the facilities were incredibly relaxing, particularly the relaxation room where you can sit on heated beds and just listen to the music. I will definitely be back! It was very good value for what I had.

I had a problem with vouchers and when I called the helpline everything was sorted very quickly with no fuss.

Needed to use the cancellation cover. Spoke to Spaseekers who were really helpful and made the process very quick and easy, issuing a replacement voucher to use within 12months. Very impressed with the service.

Really amazing website and customer service. Booked a last minute spa day and had an issue, I’d booked for 2 people but only 1 person was showing. Called the customer service team (Daniel - who I can’t rate highly enough) he said leave it with him and he would call me back. He called back and had spoken to the venue, he had sorted everything out and sent me a confirmation email.

Be aware that reviews they publish are not dated and deliberately ordered so that all 'excellent' reviews show up and any 1 star reviews are hidden. No matter how old or recent the reviews are.

I found this out recently when I visited a spa through them that was very poor and also highlighted a safety concern. I left a review as prompted but my review still isn't displayed and thus, I realised the above marketing ploy was in place.

I wouldn't book through them again knowing this.

My friend and I were a little disappointed with our visit, a few facilities were out of order/not working, the only drinks offered were soft drinks and not the advertised Prosecco, aside from that, everything else was ok
