My friend and I were a little disappointed with our visit, a few facilities were out of order/not working, the only drinks offered were soft drinks and not the advertised Prosecco, aside from that, everything else was ok

Nidd hall is in such a beautiful setting, the grounds were immaculate, the sun was shining and the jug of Pimm’s was delicious, we booked a half day spa with afternoon tea.
The afternoon tea was fine but the spa really disappointing ☹️ it needs a complete refurbishment.

Booking was easy & im hoping the actual experience on July the 8th will be too.

Really lovely treatment and afternoon tea only negative is that there appeared to be a lack of communication between spa seekers and the spa venue completed multiple online forms with guest details, lunch and treatment preferences however this didn't appear to be communicated to the venue not entirely sure where the break down in communication was.

Straightforward, informative and easy to navigate especially when comparing spa experiences.
Some great offers available too.

Actual SpaSeekers customer service have been absolute amazing during the booking process as I needed to cancel a last minute booking due to family reasons but they were so accommodating and provided excellent customer service throughout, and couldn't be more helpful from the beginning.

Unfortunately the spa/treatment we booked which was a birthday gift as well was a huge let down, which was eforea Spa in Southampton, West End. Half of the facilities did not work such as the hydrotherapy pool, sauna and foot spa, way too many people in the spa overall and very crowded, afternoon tea was not pleasant, very dry and stale and instead of finger sandwiches we were given buns which were way too thick for the amount of filling given inside. Plenty of other spa's which are better in value and price and I wouldn't recommend this spa facility at all and overall a huge disappointment considering how much we paid for this experience.

3 hour recharge spa booked at Nidd Hall, steam room closed, jacuzzi closed. No coffee or tea as team were to busy with breakfast. 2 stars given but only for the hotel and the nice setting, basically paid £50 to swim in the pool.

Everything as expected, service was friendly and with a smile, treatment was great quality and pool etc were clean. Didn’t feel rushed or like we were getting a ‘cheap’ alternative to spa customers. Would come here again.

Was lovely experience Yasmin was an excellent masseuse , and the massage room was high spec , spa was lovely needs few maintenance updates here and there , car parking needs to be clear of where to park before arrival all in all I would give it 8/10
