Very quick and very professional. Very much worth it to avoid lengthy waiting list for appointments. HAving a choice of consultants who you can talk to within a fer minutes is fantastic.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Fairly easy to do the blood test yourself, fast results, I had my report back within three days of posting the blood sample.
I had a telephone call with a very knowledgeable and friendly consultant the following day, all very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend.

I selected GP consultant based on his interests and experience.
I selected GP consultant based on his experience and interests as my injury was sports related. He listened and recommended a scan due to my injury. Unfortunately when went to next stage (Aviva) they turned down the scan as the injury was 'related' to an injury that occurred prior to starting my health insurance and would have to wait 2 years before getting the scan. My initial injury was broken collarbone 3 years ago but my pain was to upper back. So I basically have to wait 2 years and if still in pain start process over again.

Physiotherapy for Sciatica
The consultant provided an accurate formulation of my problem and advised an effective treatment plan which resolved my problem within a month. Would recommend the service.

Great service, reliable and insightful
I have had a series of sessions with a therapist over the past two months and am very grateful for their time and guidance. It helped me make sense of a few things, and my counsellor was incredibly insightful and great at translating what I was saying, or trying to say! My only criticism is that speaking on the phone wasn't always handy and occasionally I could have done with a connection via laptop or ipad.

Online consultation helped back pain…
Following back pain which was not improving I booked some online physio sessions through Square Health. The practitioner was very supportive and sent through a series of exercises for me which I did religiously for a week. The pain eased but was still underlying so with a further set of exercises and a couple more online sessions I am pleased to say that my back pain has improved dramatically. Thanks to Mr Patel

This was my first time using the service.
It all went well and the exercises given helped my recovery.
My only criticism would be, it would be very helpful if you could connect to a laptop or computer screen while having the consoltation.
Having a larger screen than my phone would have been very helpful for me.

Knowledgeable and Friendly GP
I had an appointment with Dr. Uppal on the 1st of April and he was excellent, knowledgeable and prescribed me some medication which has helped to treat a reflux problem.
