My staircase was measured by recommended fitters.

When the new newells arrived they looked wrong. The fitters checked their original measurement which were given to StairFurb and found that the supplied newells were too big so could not be fitted. New newells of the correct size were sent and fitting went ahead.

All was going well until one piece of glass was found to be the wrong size. Once again the original measurements were checked and the glass was found to be the wrong size. A replacement piece of glass was then delivered - it was the same size as the original wrong sized glass. A further piece of glass was sent which was the wrong size. I made a video to show what the correct piece should be cut. A fourth new piece of glass delivered which was the correct dimensions which I fitted easily myself

I must admit I was a bit dubious about having to measure the parts for the stairs myself but the process could not have been easier and following the instructions on the video call made it so easy. The whole process was fully supported by Stair Furb staff and their useful animated how to literature. The delivery was punctual and precise.
But where it all got real was the installation process, it was seamless with every item fitting perfectly. But most significantly it was so easy to fit.
