Great company to deal with

The initial process wasn't great, I'm 75 and not great on PC and AI, I received the kit on Thursday 22nd Oct and started the job the next morning, what can I say, it went superbly, finished the whole job, including colouring the oak by Saturday 24th Oct. I'm over the moon with the result.

Really helpful video call with Lucy today to run through measurements and choices. She was clear, knowledgeable and took the time to go through everything properly. The AI pictures she sent me prior to our call of how our stairs would look with the glass balustrade were excellent and made the decision much easier. Professional service from start to finish – looking forward to placing the order.

Video call to spec it all out was great, my house is a bit wonky so was interesting to fit. But once I worked out the process it came out well.

From my very first phone call, the experience has been excellent. The team were incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, taking the time to talk me through the whole process and understand exactly what I was looking for. I was able to explain my vision for the staircase, and they helped guide me through the application and ordering process.

I did initially have a little hiccup on my part, as I hadn’t actually submitted the order when I thought I had! Once I realised, I submitted it straight away and contacted the team to ask whether there was any possibility of expediting the order. They were more than happy to look into this for me, which I really appreciated, particularly as the staircase is made to order.

Throughout the following weeks, communication remained great. The team checked in with me on several occasions and even asked whether I had arranged a fitter, which showed that they were thinking beyond simply taking an order and delivering a product.

When the staircase arrived, the delivery driver was equally lovely. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to make sure everything was okay.

I also needed some help finding a recommended fitter, so I contacted the team again. They were able to point me in the right direction, and I’ve since arranged for someone to carry out the installation.

Although the staircase hasn’t been installed just yet, I wanted to leave a review because the customer service I’ve received so far genuinely deserves recognition.

It’s been such a refreshing experience dealing with a company that communicates well, takes pride in looking after its customers and makes the whole process feel straightforward.

The initial contact and assistance with measuring is very helpful and the response to any questions is immediate. The engineering of the product is excellent. The method of fixing the hand rails to the newel posts is not easy to get a high quality finish for an amateur DIYer.

Looks great when installed

I was guided throughout the ordering process, with plenty of support provided via video calls, as I had taken the measurements myself. The support was extremely helpful, and the team was always responsive, getting back to me promptly whenever I had any questions.

The balustrade was of excellent quality and offered great value for money. I also used my own fitter, who was equally impressed with the quality of the product.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service I received and would highly recommend them.

The local fitter they recommended came to take precise measurements, and even though some adjustments were needed to the original measurements, the agreed price remained unchanged, which I really appreciated.

Delivery was well organised, with tracking updates, and everything arrived safely at our garage as arranged. The recommended fitter then completed the installation with great care and attention to detail, taking time to explain things along the way.

The finished staircase looks absolutely fantastic and has completely transformed our hallway. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was very positive.

This process is so efficient professional and effective. The messages from WhatsApp are phenomenal and fantastic and the help and support online is absolutely spot-on. Nowadays I am very rarely impressed by the service of companies but I am truly impressed by StairFurb.

Staircase arrived on time, good quality, nothing missing. My fitter found guidence great and banister look fabulous.

I was a bit dubious about using an online company for my staircase handrail but honestly stairfurb couldn’t have been better. A couple of hiccups on my behalf were quickly figured out & corrected. They were easy to get hold of & quick to reply. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent from start to finish, submitted measurement and angle , fitted perfectly, mine was a bit harder than many, i changed full newel post, rather than spigot one.
Only gripe! Didn't know i could get some money back for photos until i'd already removed old spindles and rails
