The worst company to deal with.
The worst company to deal with.. I missed 1 payment due medical issues and sent them all thee information. Got a new job and asked to change my direct debit and they said i should send my pay slip. When i got into contract i was never asked for a payslip ... they keep charging me late payments and try to take more money which was not agreed. They also want to access my bank accounts of which i am not prepared to that and they terminated my contract. I have been paying with no defaults for 4 years and left with few months and now they want to take extra charges . This was agreed when i called tp tell them about my situation . I will continue to pay by calling them if not i will pass this to ambodsman as they are trying tp get every penny they can get from me. Never in my life will i use them again .

Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Startline. I financed a vehicle believing the finance company would help protect me if the car turned out to be faulty. Instead, after discovering serious issues with the vehicle and rejecting it under the Consumer Rights Act, I now feel like they are trying to force me to continue making payments on a car I do not even have.
Rather than properly supporting me and dealing with the dealership over a vehicle with alleged safety issues, the focus seems to be on demanding payments while the dispute is ongoing. As a customer, you expect the finance company to help fight your corner when a car is clearly not of satisfactory quality — not leave you stressed, without a vehicle, and still expected to pay finance for it.
The matter has now been escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
