Quick turnaround

I had problems with my car from day 1…
I had problems with my car from day 1 and they were no help at all in 2 years of having the car it was in the garage a total of 8 months they were no help when I wanted to reject the car the fault was detected 3 weeks after I had the car
Anyway I did a VT guy collected the car went round it said it was just my 2 wheels 2 months later I received a phone call stating I had an outstanding balance of£1400 to pay I had no email or letter of correspondence to state this I was up to date with payments before VT they informed me it was damaged to the car and then gave me a list ,broken key, chips in bonnet, 2wheels various chips in wing and a full back arch and missing repair kit I challenged this as that was not the report I received when collected so they came back with £453 for the arch and repair kit I asked what was wrong with the key ? As the chap DROVE it away and he checked the repair kit was there as he was driving they removed the cost of the repair kit because I challenged that stating as the car was driven away he could have had a puncture and used it …but refuse to tell me what was wrong with the key every correspondence I have asked they have said don’t matter we have waived the cost …it matters as it proves that it was just to extort money from me …I will pay for the wheels and nothing else this has been going on for a year and a half now …..crooks

You can investigate all you want I am done trying to talk to yous about this simply tell me what was wrong with the key and as I told yours a number of times I am happy to pay for the wheels …..NOTHING ELSEiy was an 10 year old car with way less than average mileage would be interesting to know how much you’d got at auction

Easy, competitive and quick
Recently got myself a new car with Startline, via CarLoans 365, and really happy with the process from start to finish. Communication was great and even without the best credit history Startline have given me competitive financing and worked with my budget. Would recommend.

Very pleasant experience
The whole experience from start to finish was extremely quick, pleasant and straight forward. I applied for car finance and it was all completed the same day, I drove my car away the day after. Jordan dealt with my account, he sent me some cars to look at and dealt with everything.
