Delivery delayed with damage during transit
Delivery delayed with TRV valve arrived on time, but radiator a day later with very tatty and re-taped packaging by the shipping company. Opening this I found the radiator to be slightly damaged. Stelrad handled the supply of a replacement efficiently and were helpful and apologetic. I have previously had excellent service but think they may need to review the shipping companies they use.

I ordered two batches of radiators
I ordered two batches of radiators. The second on next day delivery. Neither turned up on time. For the second I even rang up after placing the order to make sure it had come through from the website and that it was definitely coming the next day. I was told it would arrive. It didn't.

It appears a system sync error delayed your first order, and a manual administrative oversight meant your second order wasn't correctly booked with our courier. I completely understand how disappointing this is, particularly when you were given a verbal assurance over the phone that wasn't kept.
I have shared your experience with our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

My review may be a little premature
My review may be a little premature. The radiator is still in the original packing in my garage. Will be fitting it when the weather is a little warmer. Most of the radiators in my house are Stelrad and I fitted some over 30 years ago. The original ones could be over 40 years old and still going strong.

Very good quality product
Very good quality product although a two week delay in production and delivery. Original post-manufacturing delivery date wasn’t updated until the day before. Radiators were easy enough to fit
