Really disappointed! Both of the large radiators were delivered damaged and bent. We had little choice to fit them as the plumber would of charged us an additional £400 to return, drain the system and re-fit the replacement rads. They managed to force the rads flat against the walls which held them straight. We have one large rad top grill that has a very obvious kink in it which is unlikely to be made good and requires a replacement. This, I assume, was transit damage but still the end result was disappointing. Not sure what to do now as the top grill is visually damaged and doesn’t sit correctly on the top. Not a happy bunny.

Stelrad lost my online order, didn’t reply to my emails in a timely manner, didn’t honour their agreement to fix it and then charged me a higher price to reorder the same items. Their customer service is truly appalling and their management need to investigate. They disnt seem to care THEY made a mistake which makes it even worse since I bought my order in two parts and this was the second part. They blamed it on me the customer. Nearly sent the entire order back as I was so disgusted with them. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere to source your radiators to avoid the fiasco I experienced ordering. I took screenshots of my orders and I provided this to Stelrad but they didn’t care. AVOID. ### UPDATE ### Funny how they respond literally immediately to TrustPilot review when company reputation is at stake, but take days to respond to ordinary customer service emails and miss their own 2PM despatch deadlines to fix it. The order obviously broke on your website but you still allocated me a confirmed order number which was 96071095 (£316.04) but had to reorder EXACT SAME goods but you then charged me more for order 96071458 (£332.86) BLAME THE CUSTOMER then charge the customer for your website errors. I’m furious you’re calling me a scammer when I’m obviously not. It’s your website that’s obviously faulty but they refuse to investigate despite having order numbers PROVIDED on here as proof. Never buying anything from them again. Disgusted they don’t care one hoot about fixing their mistake but ENTIRELY INTERESTED covering themselves publicly. BLAME THE CUSTOMER is not a good strategy.
