Great customer service providing advise and options for products, spot on shipping process.

Placed order and paid. No indication on website who was to deliver items. E-mail saying being dealt with. Message that delivery was being made on short notice. Found out one had to be at home to receive the delivery. Re-arranged the delivery as unavailable at time they were delivering. Delivery made but the four small items were in a bag about 12inches by 12 inches no protection on them. The bag could have been put through letterbox.

Wanted an identical radiator to the one I was replacing so the pipework and wall mounts could be reused. Stelrad had the exact model at a surprisingly low price. Ordering was straight forward, was able to track the delivery and although it arrived slightly outside the window it was well packaged and undamaged. Didn’t realise that the pipe connectors weren’t included but fortunately was able to take from the old rad. A very satisfactory experience.

Great quality radiator. It did show the item with simple valves in the photograph but these weren't included in the product as I found when the order came trough in a very timely manner. I phoned the customer services who were very helpful and ordered a valve for me.

Although smaller the heat output is greater than the ones they replaced, and the flat is very much warmer.

I already had Stelrad's in my new Persimmon Home and I wanted the top grills and sides, Persimmon cheaped out and didn't pay for these. The rads looked cheap. Anyway it was cheaper to buy a whole radiator than just buy the top and sides. Taking brand-new radiators to the tip felt so wrong. Is what it is.
