Great trip perfectly put together
Great trip perfectly put together, moved between locations seemlessly, drivers and guides excellent. Not given full rating due to problems we had over having one of us having to cancel otherwise all good.

Steppes know their stuff. We had an excellent private tour around Eastern and Central Turkey. Our guide was superb and the itinerary well thought through.

Above and Beyond
We travelled to Rwanda to see the mountain Gorillas early October. Friendly, professional and extremely well informed team, eco tourism at it's very best. Absolutely everything taken into consideration, extremely good at reducing costs but elevating quality. The website alone is a joy to read and so inspiring. Certainly recommend. Fantastic tailor made trip to Uzbekistan. Paul Craven organised a trip to remember. Our wonderful guide, Dilnoza Nazarova, made it all happen and greatly enhanced our trip with her expert knowledge of the region. A travel company with you in mind
I have travelled all over the world with Steppes for many years. I very much appreciate their individual approach to each of my trips. This year my husband and I travelled to Albania with them for a 2 week holiday. A fascinating country, which I felt I really got to know as well as I could in 2 weeks. If you are looking for a company to give you a different perspective on travel, with sustainable options where possible and support of the local economy, then I thoroughly recommend Steppes.

I knew what was going to happen from the time I left home - and it did. Everything was so well coordinated, which was really important for me on a complicated trip.
Also, every part was top notch.

Nine from 10 - 70 years catered for perfectly
As a family group of nine, age range 10 - 70, it was important to create a holiday that met all our needs and kept us all happy! Steppes worked really hard to make sure we were all catered for in every respect from travel, locations, rooms and independent space, as well as the potential for game sightings to relaxing down time. We chose to split our trip across two camps, at Steppes recommendation, and this worked perfectly and each camp was both unique as well as fully equipped, luxuriously comfortable with exceptional food.
