Bought a reconditioned Life7G4 on the STK site,phone had problem reading SIM,emailed the sales team and told them the problem.The care team got in touch ,this was very helpfully .I found returning the phone by the online form straight forward ,a new phone was with me inside 5 days,as I don't live on the mainland this was a very quick turnaround.I found the people at STK very helpfully and the care team kept me updated on events

DO NOT BUY STK PHONES THEY ARE RUBBISH Got my stk sync e5 after watching it on tv (ideal world/QVC, can't remember which)...only had it about 1yr....during that time it has wiped out all my phone contacts and I have had to reload the no's onto my sim(loosing the contact no of an old friend that I have now lost touch with as a result)....today took a picture and went to delete it (1 picture) and it has wiped out all the pictures on my phone.....DO NOT BUY THESE PHONES THEY ARE RUBBISH...I have now got to start looking for a new phone.

STK X 2 love the phone no complaints…

STK X 2 love the phone no complaints with that at all but the company itself are not good I've damaged the charging port not by fair means so wouldn't dream of trying to get done under garauntee that's because I'm a fair person. But trying to get any response from STK is like pulling hens teeth all I want to do is purchase the new part surely it can't be that difficult.i brought 2 of these and both are great phones I was waiting for a new model launch as I love to buy British built stuff but on this experience service and support being the poorest ever I have come across I will go back to a different make guess it's why people like Samsung ect are leading the way

STK have been in touch quoted for repair so I will send phone back should all go well this will restore my faith if the only service problem turns out to be they are slow to answer then I am sure they can and will look at ways to improve after all there is room to improve in every business

Phone went away they done a top job and speedy repair phone now back to great again we really love the STK X2 so in reality the only issue you have in this instance STK is slow communication I'm sure you will work on a solution other than that very pleased with phone and repair

I bought an STK Life 7 in August 2018…

I bought an STK Life 7 in August 2018 after 4 months it was like a gremlin had taken hold of the phone, it would change screen, open an app or end a call without me touching the screen. I returned it 3 times to get it repaired. I wish I had never bought the phone. To add insult to injury I am trying to recycle the phone and cannot find any company who recognise this make and model. Do not buy an STK phone.

Dreadful service and company do not use

Phone overheated and failed to charge after 5 months. Told to purchase new battery at a cost of £20. did not solve the problem so sent phone back for repair in May. No contact and now cannot obtain a reply from the company. Stay well away. Cannot now even return phone to Asda for a refund as Santok won't return it to me.
I received a reply but the web address given doesn't work and they still won't answer emails and don't have a phone number for contact. in short you only seem to be able to contact this company by posting a bad review online!!

I just ordered a refurbished STK X2…

I just ordered a refurbished STK X2 direct from Santok as I had previously had a good experience with one that got broken in a car accident. After waiting a short while it arrived but I cannot use it as it requires nme to know either the previous users password or their google account password,

STK stepped in immediately after I complained on Trustpilot - and the phone was replaced in less than 24 hrs
Thankyou - you have renewed my faith in a great phone !

A fabulous phone

I bought my phone in November 2017 and have been really pleased with it. It worked perfectly and I loved using it. Sadly it got water damaged and is now completely dead, so definitely not waterproof. But for the price its a fantastic phone and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

I bought the STK Life 7 from ASDA about 3 months ago and was very pleased with the phone. I wanted to wait until I had used it for some time, after I read the disappointing reviews, so that I didn't post a 5 star review and have to rescind this if something went wrong! The 5 star still stands and I have had no problems whatsoever with the phone which does everything that much more expensive android phones do.

thought the phone was good until it completely crashed after three months sent it back to them they repaired it and sent it back
after a week of use it crashed again after i recovered it from the crash i was using it on wats app it decided the ring emergency service also couldn't use keypad only voice instructions tried to factory re set i couldn't do it so sent an email to stk asking how to three weeks have passed with no advise finally I factory reset the phone battery overheats in use poor after sales service advise and an unreliable phone waste of money

Good value phone well made

Good value phone well made. Designed by a British company. Good battery life. Notification/charging light is there but does not work. Support said there is no notification light so a bit confusing as manual refers to it.
Would recommend this phone for the money.
4 stars due to notification light.

Complete and utter rubbish

Complete and utter rubbish. Accidentally locked sim card and as a result, cannot use the phone until I enter an eight digit Puk code, whatever that is.
No phone number to telephone for support. my phone lying idle. No backup support available apart from an email address which I have emailed and no reply.
Bought off the TV advertising. Never agin.
0 should be included as a rating here.
Rip off!

Please remove the sim card from the device and you will be able to use the phone. as this is an issue with the sim card. To get your sim card unlocked you will need to contact your network provider ie . 02, EE, Vodaphone, 3.

utter rubbish

bought an stk evo at Christmas had it 3 months utter rubbish.Phone keeps freezing deletes my contacts regulary after screen changes from homepage it freezes and I have to restart phone after every operation,also switches sound and alarms on and off at will.Worst phone I have had utter rubbish and cant find receipt either

Awful.....have to charge every other…

Awful.....have to charge every other day. Battery life is useless and if it completely dies you lose your ringtone settings!!
Hardly use any apps, so why it drains the battery is a mystery to me.

I bought this for my son 1year ago from…

I bought this for my son 1year ago from ideal world. The phone he used it for about a month and it was OK but when it came to the camera and taking pic it was terrible. He didn't say anything to me didn't Want tohurt my feeling but went back to his Samsung phone. He then told me and gave me back the phone. I took some photo's and the quality of the camera pic were diabolical x when chat with one of the people on email they said sorry but that was the stk 5 life.

At first glance STK looks like a decent company but looks can be deceiving. I bought an STK X2 smartphone which at first seemed like a great buy. Second Hand it cost me £120 and was high spec for the price. I have had the phone around a month and I can't wait to get rid.
The camera is awful, constantly filing to focus even in well lit places, I have had to reboot it almost every day to get apps to work properly and the customer service from STK is dire.
I bought a screen protector from STK which doesn't cover the screen and took 2 weeks to be delivered despite a promise of 2 to 3 days delivery. Battery life is abysmal with me usually having to charge the phone at least once through the day. The notification light has stopped working which seems to be a common issue for these phones. All in all its been a poor experience. I never expected a show stopping performance but I did expect a usable product. If STK want to take on the likes of OnePlus and Huawei they have a lot of work to do.

Never again!

I purchased the STK Life7 4g phone from Ideal World in September 2018. My experience of this phone continues to exasperate and frustrate me. It keeps switching itself off to 'silent' mode (so I keep getting lots of 'missed calls'); keeps switching off the Wifi connection; constantly alters sound levels (without my touching the volume button); deletes contacts; 'loses' SMS text messages sent from others; puts a 'b' or a 'v' in front of words that I type in text messages; makes 3 or 4 entries for each contact in my 'Contacts' list (one for ringing landline and/or one for ringing mobile; one for sending a text; one for Duo); informs me that a contact doesn't exist when it is quite clearly there in my 'Contacts' list. I have never been able to access 4g coverage even though I've checked the EE 4G mobile coverage UK map and it would appear to show there have been innumerable places where I should have benefitted from 4G but have not!

Don't do it

I've had 6 STK life 7s in the past 10 months pure garbage I will not be buying another. Just keep breaking down won't charge fully had numerous batteries was told by live chat that a life 8 battery would be fine bought one doesn't fit tried to contact them again they wouldn't answer sent numerous messages and complaints all have been ignored. Battery life is appalling please do not waste your money and time with this back street run monstrosity of a so called business absolute rip off merchants. STK you should be ashamed ripping f so many people. Karma will come for you.!!!!!!!
