This is my second STK 5 Life

This is my second STK 5 Life, just a few minor issues, it gets a bit laggy if you don't pay attention to junk files piling up, Auto Heal is occasionally a bit of a pain but other than that, it's a good simple, budget smartphone.
Sturdy too. The first one only needed replaced because I dropped it in water. It's not a brilliant phone but it's exactly what I paid for.

No contact from STK re-my order of X2 phone ordered on the 02/01/2019 contacted live chat no such thing robot HA HA sent email STK
about this no reply at all this very bad customer serves they take your money but don't send the goods as they said so glad I did not pay £10 for next day delivery as it would never have come so now I have no phone as one I had broke that's why I ordered this one this is a joke

Cheap but not quite cheerful

It's a good value smartphone, supposedly designed in Britain. The care customer support is slow and not terribly helpful (after two days they came back with 'have you tried rebooting it?'). The phone can be slow and glitchy. But, when it is working it is a fully functional android smartphone that does what all smartphones do. I would not necessarily recommend this brand to a friend, but I'm also not at the point of discarding my STK altogether so it's not all bad.

I buy stk life 7 from asda ,i was thinking for characterics of phone can i use ....not like a iphone,but dont open any app poker :(

Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic, I doubt the staff even know what business they are in. STK took over Wiley fox. I have a swift 2 plus which stopped charging after 6 months so I emailed stk. Initially the response was quick an I sent the phone back to get fixed. Five weeks later I got the phone back but during that five weeks they managed to loose the phone and I could not get a straight answer. Fast forward another 6 months phone has software issues again, reluctantly I have been mailing STK again, two weeks on I have barely got an answer, it takes days for a service agent to respond and when they do it's always someone different asking the same question the previous one asked. It really bafflese me how this company are still in buisness. Any way if you are ever thinking of buying a Wiley fox phone or any other product from STK I highly advise you not to.

No option for no stars unfortunately as that is all your worth. An absolute piece of garbage I have ever clapped my eyes on. Not fit for the purpose intended for. Customer service relations is totally appalling. CAUTION TO ALL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY AND AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

I ordered a phone direct from Santok on…

I ordered a phone direct from Santok on Friday November 23 it is now Thursday November 29 and I have not heard a jot from Santok as to when this phone will arrive. I was given a number to ring which was a MAIL BOX Customer service is none existence, today I sent a letter to head office and am awaiting a reply. I accept having to wait BUT it is the not being kept up to date with phones progress that annoyes me. Just hope the phone is worthy (when it arrives).

Shame i can't give them 0 stars. Appalling, useless junk phones. Bought mine for £65 because i just wanted something basic, like the decent cheap smartphnoes i have bought before for less than £50. The STK life is the worst phone i have ever had the misfortune of being conned into buying. Everything about it is designed to be awkward. It's slow, closes things down and reloads all the time when i don't want it to. The camera is so bad that it is literally usless. I'd get a better image doing a pencil drawing. Unfit for purpose. Desperate to take mine back and get a refund so i am buy a proper phone instead. These phones are so useless that they can't even be classed as a phone, more like a total joke. STK should be ashamed to make phones like this! I don't know how they look themselves in the mirror knowing they're flogging this utter garbage to people who deserve better. AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE WORLD OF TECHNOLOGY.

Dissapointed with the experience

I bought an X2 phone as a preorder directly from the STK online store. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything back about my order I had to contact the STK customer service and then they finally sent me the phone. This was an early sign that this company really doesn't do customer service well.

The phone looked good, but I noticed after a while that the "pulse notification light" on the phone was not working and also that SMS messaging was only working when the signal was at 100%. I complained to STK care and they advised to send the phone to their repair centre, which I did. It's now been over a month that the phone has been in the repair centre. I contacted the STK customer service again and they said that they are waiting for a part, but could not tell me when the phone would be repaired and sent back to me. I asked if they could send me a new phone instead, but the person said that he would have to speak to the manager about that. This was over a week ago. My messages since then have remained unanswered.

Really dissapointed as I wanted to give this British company a chance and yet they have really dissapointed on almost all fronts. The phone does look good and if it fully worked would be a great device to use.

so I bought one of stk new phones they just released on ideal world!! Had it for two weeks then guess what?? Yep just like some of these reviews it started to play up!! Screen keepped flicking and would not power up!! Spoke to ideal world they did not want to know and told me to contact stk customers service's for more help and advise!! Could not get through to them left messages plus dozens of email still no reply from them..probably customers service's don't excist at all!!! I've spoken to treading standards and Ofcom and see what they can do!! Stay away if you value your money and your time because if you buy stk phone and it go's tits up then you be out of pocket and got better chances of contracting E.T on the other side universe than speaking to these guys

The STK X2 a clear work of Art

Got the STK X2 about a week ago and its really been a good experience for me. Its got a very nice and sleek design, with very good display quality. The ultra thin and compact design comes with the power and full functionality of android 8.1. It's 5.7" HD edge to edge screen is very responsive to touch and multi finger gestures. It comes with a primary 16mp dual camera and a 16mp secondary selfie camera with flash. It also packs a 64gb storage space, 4gb memory and 3,000 mAh battery in its inventory. As an added advantage, i get 24 hrs support even if i am out of the country.

STK have had my phone in for repair for…

STK have had my phone in for repair for over 2 months now. Their customer service is AWFUL. Upon asking if my phone will be tested and posted shortly or has it already been posted the answer I got was just 'yes'. This is just the latest example of the poor level of 'customer support' that I have received from this company.

You can tell a lot about a Company by their level of Customer Service (or lack thereof). This Company is extremely lacking.

Bought the stk sync 5 monqi for my daughter as a birthday present in June. She was given the phone on her birthday 17th August, it worked for 2 weeks and the stopped sending text messages, slow connection onto any apps, visited car phone warehouse three times, a warranty tickets has been raised on stk support but that was over a week a go and absolutely sod all has been done. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Very poor service and not honouring Wileyfox screen repair warranty.

Just a joke. It would have been better if Wileyfox had completely gone under. Santok have bought the brand name yet don't want to honour anything. Customer service is non-existent. They won't honour the included 1 year screen repair warranty I bought with my phone, so had to pay £30 to have it repaired. It has taken more than 10 working days for my phone to be repaired and then tried to repeatedly find out the location of my phone and no-one available and they never call me back.

Spoken to one repair advisor/technician, who has tried to help but had no info as to why it was still not processed and repaired. I will update IF they finally do return the phone and it is fully repaired.

worst company ever

after the screen on my old mobile cracked and budget at the time bought an stk life 7 and ever since i have hated it, it doesn't do what is supposed to, if you try and do 1 thing it doe's something completely different and when you are trying to type text message it puts its own choice of letters in.

I have tried calibrating the screen in the help function, it works for the whole of literally 10 seconds then goes back to its usual rubbish pile of crap self.

If i could find the receipt i would take it back

in all stk should shut up shop and leave the mobile phones to the real professionals who know how to make phones that work as they should, and it is pointless leaving feedback on there own website because if it is not what they want to hear they will not publish it

Absolute rubbish!!

Absolute rubbish!!! I bought my STK from Ideal World in July of this year, it has never really charged correctly and now it refuses to turn on and has a flickering screen with the STK logo jumping up and down. I was told by Ideal World as it was over thirty days, I had to contact STK via their support page. I opened a ticket on Monday 17th, and still no reply!!! All I get is "To best assist you, we request that you be specific and detailed *".....There is no contact from them and no phone number to ring, customer service is non existent, and I am now still paying for a phone I cannot use. These phones are not fit for purpose. My next step is contact Trading Standards.

There is no customer service whatsoever. I have emailed them several times and had online chats which are sporadic at best. There is only one receptionist at Santok house who 'forwards' your call to the 'relevant department' and then comes back to say they are not picking up the phone, takes your number and says they will call you back each and every time I have called with my enquiries. Of course there have been no return calls because the departments do not exist. I am now trapped in a situation where I have handed in my daughter's Monqi phone and I don't know who has it in their possession or where it is. I have documented evidence of all my attempts at contact. STK if you are reading this, get your act together. It is not unreasonable to communicate with your customers, it is EXPECTED!!
