Storebox Self Storage Avis

Really easy to use and they have a support line that’s open pretty much all the time and you get an agent so quickly! Nicholas helped me out loads!
They have a number of lifts and trolleys to help move your stuff too and from the unit which is SUPER helpful when putting my stuff away during summer holidays away from uni!

The site manager Irfan was so kind and helpful - very greatful, thank you!

Easy to book, knowledgeable staff, great that its so easily accessible and we could come and go to suit ourselves. Perfect storage for our stuff between hoise moves

Storebox Stratford has a very helpful team. I am new to them, and the amount of support I have received from staff whenever I phone has been excellent. Good location, and they offer good deals on the largest storage units. The process of moving in and out is straightforward. Easy to access even during the night. I would recommend this storage facility if you want an easy process and good customer service.

Storebox at stratford is the best place to storedge your stuff, easy access and VERY helpful costumer service. Very , Very recommended!

As always great service from John.

I needed a local storage facility (Middlesbrough) following a house clearance due to a bereavement.
The team at Storebox Self Storage were fantastic. From the initial enquiry, through obtaining access, to payment they were great and helped every step of the way.
Also, in dealing with me at the end of the contract after I had emptied the unit, Lynne and Nicholas in particular were top drawer.
I would highly recommend using Storebox Self Storage, it is a great facility, easy to access and a pain-free experience.
Thanks again and I will definitely use this in future!

Thank you Storebox. I popped into the Woodford green branch to enquire about storage for a local scouts group.. Irfan the site manager spent good quality time with me telling me all my options. He showed me the different lockers. i was impressed on how clean the site was and how secure. Glad to say Irfan and Storebox are supporting their local scouts group. Best storage place in the area.

Easy cheap storage. Kind and patient customer service employees, eager to help particularly over the phone!

Great storage and very simple system to gain access to your storage. I’ve felt very reassured my property was safe & fully protected from the elements.

Nicholas on the sales team is excellent and a real asset. Thank you and I would really recommend.

Great experience all around!

Customer service outstanding, whenever we needed a question answered they were always very helpful!

Unit was very clean and the extra trolleys that were provided to help load the unit was an amazing help.

Never had a issue, would definitely recommended

We moved to London from California. What a job. What really helped was the service and consideration for our situation from the staff at Storebox, London Bridge.
We have been with them for over a year and when it came time to move to a smaller unit, they made it very easy and with our pocket book in mind. I would like to give a shout out to Georgia and Nicolaus for their efforts on our behalf.

Customer service was brilliant, Unit was clean and tidy, Would definitely use them again, and would 100 % recommend.

Facilities at Thirsk were fantastic, clean, convenient, easy to access. Organisation by staff was spot on too - contacted me promptly and just enough to sort out what was needed. Would definitely use again.

Spoke to Nicholas on the phone, lovely to speak to, friendly, easy going. Give an offer which suited me and my dad, no issues and got that sorted for us straight away. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

From day one these guys were so helpful and put me on to their “2 month less than half price” deal, which was a real saving to me.
The units are great and so secure, Tom on reception is so helpful and with access via a great Access Control System, all covered by 24 hour CCTV.
I’ve had to extend my storage rental time and Nick from the support team, sorted this out for me again, at the reduced rate.
If you are looking for storage, I couldn’t recommend these guys any higher, brilliant service and support 👍🏼👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Teresa Wallis is Fantastic listened to what I needed and provide me with a fantastic deal which I obviously accepted and done a deal for 6mths. Thankyou for everything
