Storebox Self Storage Avis 

Used Storebox Cannock for 3 months whilst we moved house, very happy with the service provided. Friendly team, easy to book, easy to access and facilities are well secured. They provide you with a lock if you don’t have one. I had to get in touch due to issues (my end) with payment and Otto helped me to rectify happily in just a few minutes - thank you for your help 😊

Really happy with our ongoing experience at this Knaresborough storage facility. The gentleman who showed us around was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit we chose is spacious and clean, with plenty of room for all our belongings. The building is well maintained, and the grounds outside are kept clean and tidy moving all our belongings was made much easier with the three platform carts and heavy-duty sack truck provided. The prices are very affordable, and the staff are always just a quick phone call away and very helpful whenever we need them. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended

We stayed at Storebox for a good while and I cannot say well enough about the store unit and service overall. Nothing went wrong, from administration to client servicing and the store itself which is clean and operates very efficiently. The store is so well organised, and the Sales and Client Services Teams are very competent and friendly. I would recommend the Woodford Green store which is where we hired the unit.

Storebox was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad-we were moving house and needed somewhere to store our things for a few months. Storebox were very easy to deal with-they always came back to me quickly and were so helpful. The site was safe & secure and overall it was an excellent experience. Would highly recommend!

Dreadful service. At the present time they have my daughter's house contents stored at their Cannock site and they are unable to locate keys to the unit so she can collect her belongings. I would like to give them no stars.

I needed Storeage for house move refurbishment. I called round all local Storeage companies and Storebox Eaglescliffe was the most competitive. Teresa’s customer service is outstanding she really goes the extra mile really helpful she assisted me with extension of my unit following the end of the 2 month half price introductory offer. The units are brand new dry secure and very clean with great access. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
