Great service with Storebox Bridlington , Teresa was excellent always helpful and keeps you updated throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This storage system worked perfectly for us during a recent house renovation.
It was easy to set up with clear instructions on how to gain entry, and use the storage facility.
The unit was clean and by far big enough for what we needed to store. Our furniture came out the way it went in. The security was great and we felt our possessions would be safe and secure.
Customer service support were extremely helpful when the time came to leave the storage facility.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Used Storebox Self Storage to help with house move. Easy to use and staff very helpful. System easy to use and ability to visit up to 10pm very useful. Storage units clean and lifts make light work to upper units. Two month discount very reasonable. I would use this company again. No complaints.

With family moving from North Lincolnshire to Durham needed a temp storage solution. Selected Storebox and sure glad I did. Selection of the unit in Bishop Auckland was easy and instructions provided worked fine from first entry.

The move to County Durham was a drawn out process meaning 1) an extended stay 2) an additional storage unit and staff were helpful every time assistance was required.

After 7 months our requirements for storage has ended and with further customer assistance our contract was easily ended (I can thank Teresa for the help with that.

Overall storage can be expensive but I thought Storebox provided an excellent cost effective service. I would highly recommend anyone considering using Storebox as a solution for them.

One of the best storage units we have used. Safe and reliable. Staff are so friendly. So easy to use and get in and out. Would recommend and would definately use again.

I kept my items at the London Bridge storage for four weeks and they were fully secure and in great condition as the storage had a really good temperature.

We would fully recommend using the Northallerton Branch as it has great ease of access, has very secure facilities and is very clean - plus the quotes given for the different sizes of unit were very competitive.

Northallerton location - good location, good price, secure and good unit sizes. Recommend 100%.

i make payments once a month at the beginning of every month, i have had storage with storebox for over twelve months, always paying the invoice. Lately i am bombarded with emails for late payments, sometimes two a day, restrictions on entry ect.... i would not reccomend

I CAN NOT recommend Storagebox. There are serious concerns about security at this facility and incidents have been reported that should never happen in a place where people trust a company with their belongings. What makes it worse is the lack of proper follow up and the way customers are left feeling unsupported and unprotected. A storage provider should prioritise safety and accountability and this facility does not meet that standard. I would strongly advise others to look for alternatives.
