We had storyland Celebrations UK provide party entertainment we had rumi and was fantastic.
Turned up with a gift & card for the birthday girl then Rumi got involved with the kids (a little shy to start with) but she got on with the party games Musical statues (rumi poses) was the favourite by far..
She spoke softly to the kids. Which was nice rather than being loud in case any children where noise sensitive. All the adults got involved aswell which was a great laugh.. thank you will definitely use again..
All members of staff where brilliant from the booking to the party.

Booked storyland recently for a kpop event!
Rumi was brilliant, she enthralled all the children and made sure everyone had their own special moment during the meet and greets. She sang all the songs brilliantly and even repeated some so that the girls could get up and sing with her! She stayed longer than we had booked her for due to late comers because she didn’t want anyone to miss out on their meet and greet time. She posed for endless pictures and never stopped smiling or dropped out of character.
She made the day absolutely magical for all the children who attended.
A true entertainer, professional, magical and nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend this company 100 times over!

I was a guest at a party where Storyland were entertaining. My honest review is that I have never witnessed such an awful performance. The entertainer was a teenager whom Im not sure should be doing such job as she herself is very young, lacks the confidence and does not have the experience yet.. While I understand that new staff require training, customers should not have to foot the bill for their learning curve—especially when it results in a substandard party experience. We parents had to encourage the entertainer to get the kids involved in games and even interact with them etc. I would certainly not recommend this company for your children’s party.

Most of the Entertainers are holiday park trained they bring such amazing energy to the work they do, we booked in July 2026 for a full party package with Spider-Man and had fantastic fun, my boy loved his balloons and Spider-Man along with another entertainer played games with all the kids giving out prizes to everyone so no one was excluded , they went above and beyond for us, would definitely recommend Spider-Man!!

We had a great experience with Storyland! We've used them twice for our daughters. We recently had a K-Pop Demon Hunter party and in the past we had a princess party and our girls had such a wonderful time. The entertainers sent to us were punctual, great with the children and left them with lots of happy memories. We will definitely be using them again.

Hired an entertainer (Rumi from Kpop Demon Hunters) for one hour to entertain 12 children at a 4th birthday party which was hosted in my garden.

Entertainer arrived just after the agreed time with her mother which I later learned was her chaperone. Nothing had been set up prior to her arrival ie music, games Etc.

Entertainer came into the garden and made no effort at all to greet the children or walk to where they were (middle of the garden). My husband had to bring the birthday girl to her. We then encouraged the entertainer to go and mingle with the children but still didn’t (she was very young and very shy- could barely hear her talk). She asked the birthday girl what game she would like to play and so they started playing hide and seek. She went and hid and then counted so my daughter could hide. It was very painful to watch. The other children were just doing their own thing- their parents watched in disbelief. I was a little embarrassed really. My husband had to get the kids together himself and get them excited about Rumi being there. Entertainers I’ve hired in the past for my other children have come ready to entertain with music and their performance.

I will not be using this company again. I did message the company prior to writing this review only to be told there was nothing wrong with the performance despite all parents at the party commenting on her poor performance. £125 for one hour of my husband getting kids together and watching a very quiet and timid entertainer walk around the garden playing hide and seek. Not worth it!
