Strachan Avis

An excellent service from the sales adviser, surveyor, back office and the installer.
This is the second time over the past ten years we have used Strachan and they are excellent as a whole company

Brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend.

After many years my old wardrobe needed replacing. On recommendation, I chose Strachan Furniture Makers. I am so glad I did. The process of choosing styles, wood type and size was made so easy by various very helpful professionals. I was kept informed of the progress of the manufacturing process and the dates of installation regularly. All the people I was involved with from surveyors to fitters were kind, helpful and caring.

Strachan’s service from first contact to final completion of work was superb. We received professional advice of the highest calibre which enabled us to agree a plan for installing furniture in most rooms of our new Apartment which met our aspirations and needs. Strachan’s fitter was dedicated and highly skilled. The installation was carried out with minimum disruption and every care was taken. The final bespoke installations in five rooms
have been finished to a high standard and look fantastic. Strachan’s project management team were equally impressive and supportive. Well done all at Strachan, we shall be recommending your Company to all.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Stood out from the competitors due to the personal touch and care they provide each customer with. Installation went super smoothly and Shaun couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. Quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding. Would 100% recommend and, without a shadow of the doubt, would use again.

Strachan Furniture stands out as a paragon of exceptional customer service and expertise in furniture design. What struck me most was their extraordinary blend of patience and commitment, tailored perfectly to meet my specific needs. As someone who tends to be both demanding and unsure, I found their approach both refreshing and reassuring.
The designer assigned to my project was nothing short of brilliant. Not only did he grasp my vision, but he also provided two distinct versions of it, demonstrating a keen understanding of my preferences. The ability to make ad-hoc changes on the spot, showcasing his flexibility and creativity, was impressive.
Moreover, Strachan's team, from the office staff to the fitters, exceeded my expectations. Each member displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy. It's rare to find a company where everyone is consistently dedicated to customer satisfaction.
What I appreciated most was their willingness to guide and advise me. They perfectly balanced delivering what I wanted and providing expert guidance to avoid potential long-term disappointments. This blend of service and expertise is a hallmark of a truly customer-centric company.

Very easy process with knowledgeable staff during the design and ordering process with no hard sell.
Agreed installation date was met and the installation was done in the agreed timescale. Fitter was courteous and very thorough and did a brilliant job with good workmanship throughout.
Would thoroughly recommend Strachan.

The whole experience with strachan has been superb. The attention to detail, customer service, fitter, finished product. Totally flawless. Would recommend 100%

Great team that offered great customer service. Everyone I interacted with at each stage of the process was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

All my furniture was made by Strachan, and I couldn't be happier. Their products are premium quality, beautiful and functional. The installation staff are highly skilled and pay great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Strachan gave us an attractive proposal for a tricky master bedroom. The price was competitive and they committed to deliver in a very good time scale.

They did everything that they promised, suggested some cost saving adjustments and after installation have left us with a smart, effective set of cupboards, drawers, shelves and more that truly enhance the room.

We happily recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish .
Very professional company.
Experienced polite fitters .
Perfect job. Thank you

If you are seeking well-made furniture, individually designed and expertly installed, this is the company to choose. Of course, high end service comes at a price. Two visits by the designer and one by the technical surveyor preceded the arrival of designs for our approval. Installation was carried out with care and meticulous attention to detail. There was a small issue with the wiring requirements but Strachan dealt with this in a professional and sympathetic manner. If we were to say that the company exhibits a splendid old-fashioned approach towards high standards of construction, installation and after sales support, we are paying them a high compliment. Thank you.

From our first meeting with Phill to discuss our ideas to the implementation stage with Paul, Strachan furniture makers have been exceptional. This is a company that truly cares and takes pride in both their work and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Some of the work undertaken was tricky and bespoke to say the least. Strachen took the time and care to get everything perfect. We would definitely recommend Strachan and without hesitation use them again. Thank you team Strachan.

The employees at Strachan Furniture kept me up to date with the progress of my order from the order date and they continue to provide the aftercare now the installation is complete. I knew this was a professional company from the start because the designer did the designs by hand and I fell in love with it from the start. The only problem I had was I was originally told the wardrobe would cover the old light switch but this was not the case when installed, this was my fault for not questioning the design when it was sent to me for approval. Everyone I have been in contact with were polite and extremely helpful during the whole process and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Thank you all at Strachan.

Excellent well made product.
Fitter worked extremely hard to complete in 2 days.
Worked with us to accommodate our needs

Strachan's service was first class.
They listened to my requirements and supplied a fitted wall unit that is very impressive.
I can certainly recommend Strachan.

Professional service from start to finish. Used Strachans, as they fitted an office in our previous home about 14 years ago and the service was exceptional. Pleased to say this time round it was just as good.
Would not hesitate in recommending them

We booked someone to come and give us a quote but the guy who came out refused to give us a quote he was really rude just because we also got a quote from Hammonds. I’ve never had such a horrible exchange.

Strachan is a truly professional company. I had the pleasure of dealing with amongst others, Terry Myles, Paula Oxley, Jodie Warburton, Stuart and Stephen. The installation, over two days, was carried out by Rob who worked diligently and barely stopped for a break. I am so pleased with my study - it now provides the right atmosphere for me to work. Thank you Strachan. I will not hesitate to call on you again.
