Wasted appointment - parts not available
Additional work identified as needed during regular service was scheduled for today. Upon arrival at Mercedes Leeds I was advised the parts required (ordered for shipping from Germany) hadn't been received and therefore work could not be carried out. It was unclear when the parts would arrive and therefore no new appointment has been made.

Great Service from a great team 👏
Dropped off my car for its annual M.O.T and was greeted by a friendly guy who parked my car up in the service garage. I Was then escorted to service reception who really looked after me by offering me a nice coffee and a seat.
I picked up my courtesy car and received a call to pick my car back up later in the day. The whole experience was fantastic and stress free.
Great team overall. Thank-you for the effortless wonderful experience. They even sorted a flat tyre out for me.

Same with every stratstone customer service rubbish bmw was the same definitely need a course on how to speak to people walked around just shy of a hour not one single person talked to us so we left if I could give them 0 stars i would

I had a great experience at the Mercedes showroom Leeds. Their customer service was excellent. They offered tea and coffee, and the seating area was very clean, comfortable, and VIP-level. Overall, it was a very good and satisfying service experience.
