Streeter Marshall were very professional and efficient in all matters pertaining to my property purchase and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a firm to provide conveyancing services.

My case was managed proficiently by Stephanie Ward and her assistant Sam Gosling throughout. They were both very helpful with addressing my queries along with being transparent and during the all steps of the process.

I had a very positive experience overall with Streeter Marshall and would strongly consider using them
again for any relevant legal purposes in the future.

My only critique would be the mobile app which, following the initial registration phase, no longer provided updates on the progress on the case thus was a little redundant overall. Nonetheless, Stephanie and Sam were always on hand to provide expedient updates whenever I requested so the lack of app use didn't dull my experience much.

Bonnie was excellent at handling the flat conveyancing of my sons flat , and sorting out the problem with the lease . She and Sam always came back to us to help sort out issues

Bonnie handled the conveyance very well. She is a pleasure to deal with. Full explanations were given when delays were encountered. I have recommended her to friends.
