I recently had to use the services of out local Streeter Marshall solicitors branch in Warlingham to sell my late friend's house. There were complications with the Title Deeds and it was all dealt with professionally by Bonnie in a very efficient way. She kept me informed regularly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using this company.

The overall service was good, there was some confusion regarding the other solicitors involvement which may have caused some delays, however Bonnie and Sam both did what they said they was going to do and updated me when agreed.
