I contacted supanet chat as I wanted to check my broadband terms as part of a wider review of utilities. It was lovely to find a real person on the webchat and not a bot, Harriet quickly got what I wanted and offered to email me with the information I wanted. This was friendly and efficient. She also second guessed I might be thinking of leaving the service and advised of a better deal - again, this was friendly and no pressure.

Recently changed service provider to Supanet for both landline phone and Internet. Unfortunately this meant that we lost the landline phone number that we had (albeit with prefix numbers being added as exchanges were automated over the years) since getting married in 1978. We requested the reinstatement of our previous phone number, and while it took a few weeks for our previous service provider to respond, the previous situation has been restored. Thankyou Supanet.

Easy to talk to and request new contract, online service works well as everyone is all too busy to call nowadays. Would highly recommend.
