I made an appointment to have my roots…

I made an appointment to have my roots retouched. Instead the operator put bleach throughout my hair and no roots were done. After much discussion, I was told they would rectify this situation. They NEVER got back to me to schedule this although I talked several times to managers at the store, (Cicero, NY and Camillus, NY), and they told me they would get back to me! Never did! I am so disappointed by these stores, they literally lied to me. I will never go back! And will let others know of their deceit.

My elderly mom had an appointment at 12noon today with Sherry. We arrived at 1159am, and proceeded to wait until 1215pm begore asking how much longer it would be and the response was " Sherry is out back cleaning and will be with you shortly." At 1230pm, I made a 1245pm appointment online with another salon just down the road and we proceeded to leave. It was at this point my mom was told that Sherry was just about to come and get her. No apologies, no explanation. No thanks. Will never be back. It's a terrible way to treat your customer. read

Appointment is a joke at Supercut

Called at 02:10 PM and got 02:30 PM appointment. When I arrived at super cut got to know that 3 more persons are waiting for 02:30 appointment. What a waste of time at Supercuts. It is an unprofessional saloon in west Cary area.

Supercuts is the best

I have been going to Supercuts for 8 years I have been going to Jennifer saint she has become family to our whole family she listens and gives great suggestions if you can't figure out what you want, she goes Way beyond expectations and we're all very happy when we leave ,everybody else that works there is wonderful I give a two thumbs up and also 100% guarantee you will be happy when you walk in there they just make you feel so welcome as if you've known them your whole life I highly recommend them and their whole staff and we are Bill and Kelly Griffith along with my daughter Ariel and my son Adam we are all very pleased I know you will be too!!!

As an individual with severe arthritis

As an individual with severe arthritis, I enjoy my weekly hair shampoo. Additionally, my hair cuts are exceptional. The gals are all very friendly, the salon is very clean, and the general environment is a happy one. Great place with great services at a good price!

East Huron salon …

I have been fond for years of the skill & service of Armando, manager of the Huron Street salon in Chicago. Of late, the salon has been wonderfully remodeled. I visited this AM (11/4/23) & am totally thrilled with my shampoo & cut.

Went in with no appointment the lady…

Went in with no appointment the lady told me to put my info in and come back in 1:45 mins. When I got back and walked in I was told “we’re actually closed” I will never waste my time with this place what a way to make a first impression. You didn’t gain a customer and definitely lost one.

Our experience at Supercuts was wonderful

Our experience at Supercuts was expected to be nerve-wracking as parents of a very sensitive toddler. Yet it was anything but that thanks to our hairstylist, Cindy P! She was so calm, patient, and knowledgeable about neurodivergent children. I really felt that we received top of the line care here! Our little guy looks so stylish on his 3rd birthday!

Supercuts not cutting it!

Pensioner with short pixie cut went for a trim - looked in advance at price list - had trim with wet cut and was charged £37 - when questioned against price list was told price list 'was not right, - cut no different other than mm taken off and pensioner felt had to pay the £37

Sam took incredible care of me. He was very personable and highly skilled. You would be fortunate to have him as your Go to Guy. He is in the correct business. We need more Sam’s out there. People who show they care thru their results.

I’m happy with my consistently good results with Kelly!! He’s also congenial without being annoying, and will even listen to me when I’m annoying.🥰
I had heard about some bigoted feedback and wanted to offer the person my services, as I am a retired therapist. I think I may know the issue when someone “protests too much.” Call me.

I was so glad Ernie was available to…

I was so glad Ernie was available to highlight and cut my hair even though I didn't book an appointment (I don't like using the apps} and could work me in with little wait time. He did a great job with my hair asking questions to make sure he gave me the style I was looking for and recommended and suggested better options for the type of hair I have. I am really picky and cautious about stylists but this is the 2nd time I had him do my hair and I will definitely be back again! He's also fun to talk with and a sharp dresser!

My Supercuts haircut experience

I was treated rudely by the stylist and I am not happy with the haircut. She didn't bother to greet me at the door and she was rude when she was asking me questions. I was never treated rudely as I was at the Kittaning Supercuts And I am not happy with the haircut. The cut is uneven. I will never go back to the Kittaning Supercuts again.

This stylist at the south Lakelandbe careful who you trust your hair to…

This stylist at the south Lakeland location on S 98 named Kelly messed up my hair. She put bleach on my hair without informing me she was doing it. She over lapped the bleach and left it on my hair too long. When she washed the chemical out of my hair over half of my hair broke off. She refused to take responsibility for it. She said that my hair was already damaged before she did it. If that is true, then why would she put bleach on already damaged hair. Other stylists said that if my hair was really damaged they would have refused to ever do anything to my hair. 2 weeks later, my hair was still falling out. I contacted the stylists and she still refused to take responsibility. I called the owner and even offered to meet him to show him before and after pictures. He refuse to do anything about the matter. I will never go to Supercuts and everyone I have come into contact with asks who did my hair so they won’t make the mistake to go there. All I asked for was for my money back so I could go somewhere to get my hair fixed somewhere else. I thought that salons were about total satisfaction. I’m totally dissatisfied and it is going to take a very long time to get my hair back to what it looked like before if it will even be like it was before. Be careful who you trust your hair to cause I will never trust anyone at Supercuts again cause the owner don’t care who he hires and puts in charge

I made an appointment yesterday for 10:00 a.m. today which is September 2nd and when I get there the girl that was supposed to do my hair called off which by the way she's also a manager I showed a picture of the haircut that I wanted to the girl Carrie Ann and it didn't come out anything like it was supposed to also then I didn't get my hair colored because the next person coming in wasn't going to be there till 11:00 I do not recommend this salon at all this is the one on Sullivan Sullivan trail in Easton Pennsylvania we have bad management the woman who owns it has has never gone to hair styling School ever the people that work there have only met her once so she obviously does not care about the problems and she's not available to deal with the problems she can't even jump in and cut somebody's hair if it needs to be done bad management bad hairstylist I would give this place a negative star

I went in for an appointment I made on puter for highlights and super cut… ist time she put foils in my hair for highlights after she pulled them off PURE WHITE I wanted my hair brown with highlights, not NOWAY PURE WHITE… she did toner we picked out… It was applied washed and this time I WAS ORANGE!!! I am 64 I don’t do Orange, purple white or anything else… she put on a darker toner washed it out oh good news after she stripped the ORANGE OUT I walked out with YELLOW HAIR BRASY and told to wait and week and get lo lights..I was there from 11:30-4:30 and wanted to cry!!!! My hair is done!!! Even looks thinned out!!! Just not a happy camper 2 strikes and your OUT! I am done with them!!! NO MORE! Clinton twp store… My Hair is very short and upon leaving all I heard was “At least it’s not ORANGE”!!! What a Choice!!! All I needed was highlights not yellow, white, ORANGE hair!!!
