Wanted them to fit so much
Slim fit cargo trousers. Usually take a 27 waist, but none available so ordered 28 - way too big so exchanged in store for 26. Still too big. Staff in Bury store great, looked for stock both online and in store but unfortunately nothing available. Trousers excellent quality. Really wanted them to fit but not to be.
Ordered and delivered to store as stated. (2 days for two separate pairs)

Excellent service
Excellent service at the Bury store. Such a high level of customer service received. Kieran was so very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We will certainly be shopping there again. The items we could not purchase in store was ordered online and delivered in a matter of days. We are super pleased!

Spoke to a sales person in store and was told the coat I bought would be good in the rain for about 6-8 hours pay 149 for a coat that I got wet through within 15mins of being in the rain. Not good at all.

I gave Superdry 5 stars on the rating of there quick delivery’s when ordering on line and items do seem to come very quick, but it would be nice to pick your orders up in store as well as it only gives you delivery to home at the moment as when customers pick order up from store you could see if you wanted to buy anything else.
