I bought this for my 13 yr old daughter cause she loves pink and needs a light jacket. She doesnt like it cause "the sleeves are like a jumper". Shes right. I'm sending it back.

In order to become a more sustainable brand, we no longer send out any documentation with our parcels. You can arrange a return using our online returns portal - https://superdry.returns.international

The denim jacket I purchased on line…
The denim jacket I purchased on line was very good but to small, I wanted to exchange it for the next size but the returns and exchanges feature of the web site would not recognize my order number, email or post code, I had to take the item back to a Superdry store who were really helpful but could not exchange the item only give me a refund.
This was disappointing as I had earned a discount on line which has now been used and I cannot get the discount on a replacement large size item

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.
