Easy to order and delivery is fast
Easy to order and delivery is fast. However, Superdry really need to look at the manufacturing of their garments and provide a level of consistency with their sizing. Sizing is really atrocious. Out of 3 jackets ordered Example 3 jackets ordered, all size medium one was like XS the other was like XL!!! Really off putting buying online much more convenient to shop in store.

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.

I've paid for the item on the 15th of…
I've paid for the item on the 15th of June. I was told that my order would be here in 3 working days and then the store would either send me an email or call me to let me know that my order has arrived for me to pick up but unfortunately no one had got back to me since now 22nd of June I had to go back to the store to find out if my order has arrived.. I've waited almost a week for my order... poor customer service lack of communication

These vegan basketball trainers seem to…
These vegan basketball trainers seem to be very sturdy. I haven't had them long. I tried some on in the superdry store in town, but they didn't have any in size 12. So I went home and bought them online. I like them so far. They seem harder wearing than vegan Dr martens boots. Although, they are a different type of shoe. Thanks for having vegan shoe options in my local store. It is good for people to have a choice. Although there could have been more options in size 12. Would buy vegan shoes from superdry again. Oh and price is reasonable.
