First I ordered my special need son…
First I ordered my special need son jacket which he agrees to buy after long time. I was travelling abroad and want jacket before I go. So I asked to get it next day. I ordered on Sunday so hoping to get it at least by Tuesday. But when I rang on Tuesday morning, I have been told it is in Europe warehouse so not possible to get it that sooner. I understand mistake happens but at least someone mention that it will not be here before I go abroad I would have bought some other jacket. Very disappointing experience.

Looks like quality but not as good as you expect
The clothes look good quality with a trendy style and long lasting but the cargo trousers I bought last 2 washes on 30 degrees and the colour had disappeared.
Also got sent the wrong item when purchasing online and because it was with a voucher I didn't get the full amount back and the process of refunds is so long winded even the checkout assistant struggles. Not overly impressed.

Great service. Needed to return as not right size Christmas present. Store offered free delivery straight away as not in stock in store that day.

Where is my refund?
Ordered a coat as a Christmas present online with an e gift card. Returned to store with the intention to swap but no size available.Sales assistant refunded and advised the refund will be given as an online gift card as it was an online voucher. Almost a week later no email. Chased up with customer service first thing who said the voucher would be emailed later that day and confirmed my email. As the day went on I contacted them again and they have no notes from previous advisor and also have now said the voucher will be posted not emailed. No Christmas present for my daughter and no idea if this is even going to arrive in the post as no one seems to know what they are doing. £120 worse off with nothing to show for it.
