I use SURVEYOR SORTED for a recent purchase. Super wonderful service, and I definitely recommend them for any first-time buyers in London.

AVOID SURVEYOR SORTED LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are a total scam. They charged us almost £800 to carry out a plumbing specific survey. The did not turned up on three different occasions. After two months, they send someone for a few minutes chat and quick look at the kitchen sink and came up with a page long and totally wrong/useless report. How on earth they are registered with RICS, I don't know. They did not give our money back as promised and still waiting. Total waste of money and time.

We have paid Surveyor Sorted £795 in advance to do a specific defect report on plumbing issues in our flat on 15 March 2025. They did not turn up for the appointment. They then sent an inept surveyor two weeks later who produced a report 2 months later. This "report" is not worth the paper it is written on. The whole survey took only 14 minutes and the guy did not take any photos or measurements. His "report" has no technical detail and does not refer to any specific defects. It only talks about general causes of plumbing issues. We have paid drainage specialists to do an indebth analysis of the plumbing defects. This report is worth every penny we have paid for.
We have asked Surveyor Sorted for a full refund which they agreed but this turned out to be another of their lies. We are yet to receive a penny back.

Ordered level 3 RICS survey, bog standard with hardly any specifics. Initial booked date was no show and had to be rebooked, was told that will price will be reduced due to inconvenience caused but never got it. Wouldn't recommend.

The report itself was 5 stars, surveyor Kosi was diligent and thorough. However, the SLA (which I believe was a 10 day turnaround if I remember correctly) came and went, and it took another 3 emails and calls over an additional fortnight before we got the report in hand.

Surveyor Sorted provided a comprehensive building surveyors report which helped me to make an informed and balanced decision. I was well armed to agree a reduction in the purchase price. The service was efficient, cost competitive, and the customer service impeccable. The surveyor, guided me through the report, responded to my queries, providing further clarity . I would definitely recommend Surveyor Sorted.
