Fantastic experience. from the greeting by Rosie to the administration and fond farewell by Rita., I could not have asked for a better experience. Being welcomed by Rosie was a breath of fresh air. Cheery, professional and super friendly. I was shown to a seat and offered refreshments whilst Rosie went to get Rita. Rita arrived all prepared documentation ready. Explained in detail what was happening and what to expect. Showed me to my courtesy car and said goodbye. I had a problem in returning the car but Rita sorted without hesitation. Received great communications throughout including video, test and emails. On return, again, a great welcome and Rita had everything ready. Shown to car which was all shiny and brand new and away I went. Thank you team Audi fabulous service.

I have purchased 2 Audi's from Sytner Harrogate via long distance sale. In 2019 I purchased an Audi Q2 which I got rid of when it turned 3 as my local dealer suspected something was wrong with the gearbox. I put this down to bad luck and as I had great service I put my faith in them again and bought an Audi A3 last year.

1) They wouldn't deliver the car with my private number plate on it. I had to sort all that myself (only dealer I have ever experienced this with).

2)The locking wheel nut was missing and a back and forth ensued to get a replacement sent to me. It should have been there when it was delivered.

3) Shortly after finally receiving the locking wheel nut, I had a slow puncture. I took it to a tyre centre and it turned out there was a previous repair that was leaking. Upon further inspection, the tyre was damaged due to being driven with very little to no air in it by the previous owner. The previous owner was a Sytner employee and the tyre should never have been repaired. I was told it was a miracle it hadn't blown and it was a dangerous tyre, I had to foot the bill for a replacement.

4) Since I have had it I have had issues with the Start/Stop system not working and the engine cutting out at low speeds. I have been back and forth to my local dealer who are continuing to investigate these faults. One of which is a safety issue. I do not know how they didn't pick up on the Start/Stop issue.

5). Handbrake warning light - this has come on intermittently since I took delivery of the car.

6). There is a clunking/rattling noise which my local Audi technicians have struggled to pin point.

It went in for a service last week and ended up being worked on all day and is going back again tomorrow. Whilst some issues are under investigation, there are several things not right with this car.

If the problems persist, I will be getting rid of this one too. I have purchased 2 Audi's from Sytner Harrogate and both were problematic enough that I have ended up car shopping earlier than I intended. I purchased my previous A3 locally and I had almost 5 years of trouble free motoring.

It makes me question if this dealership actually checks their approved cars to Audi's specification. I don't think I will be risking purchasing a 3rd Audi from here. I am more likely to switch brand.

I encourage anyone to consider a different dealership when purchasing your Audi.

I found a vehicle I liked on the Harrogate Audi website and contacted to them.
We live about 80 miles from the dealership so didn’t want a wasted journey.
I was really impressed to have a swift reply and also a video of the vehicle that interested me sent by Richard Gilligan.
He was very knowledgeable and warm in his description of the vehicle while walking around it.

A day later we traveled to the dealership and was greated by the Sales Representative Stephen Ridesdale.

He was very pleasant welcoming and professional and couldn’t do enough for us.

I drove the car on a very varied test drive with Stephen passing on information needed when asked I a very relaxing style.

My wife and I have now purchased this vehicle.

Its the car we have wanted for along time and lot of that is down to the Harrogate Audi website, location and staff.

Stephen made the whole process that can be quite daunting very straightforward.

I would highly recommend this dealership.

Entered the dealership, was welcomed and introduced to a salesperson, where i was guided through the purchase of my new car. He was polite, had all the information i required, offering advice and help to ease the process. Would recommend this dealership and the staff that went the extra mile, and their wonderful customer service.

Booked a meeting with Olly in Sales at the same time as had booked in my S3 for investigation of an issue with it as looking to change cars. Olly was extremely helpful & provided breakdown between buying nearly new A3 or buying brand new A3. Was able to make an informed decision because of this so purchased new car. Olly explained all the options clearly.

Looking for a replacement car without going to SUV Richard at Sytner found a good fit for my wish list. A highly specified vehicle at an attractive price.
All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Coffee and biscuits offered at each visit. The Audi range is extensive and selecting the right model and options package was made easier with Richard’s help. The handover was just what I wanted. A bit of a ceremony. It’s not every day you pick up a new car!

Harrogate Audi make waiting for your car to be attended to a nice experience. You are made to feel very welcome and are looked after very well by customer services while your car is being attended to. The customer lounge is spacious and clean and refreshments are delivered to your table whenever you need them.
The service advisors are very helpful if you have any queries and there is an app which enable you to follow the progress of your car whilst waiting. You even get little video of the health checks carried out on your car which is very useful. The complimentary wash & vac is much appreciated.
All in all a great service for car and customer - thank you !

I have found the service experience at Knaresborough Audi to be first rate. A service advisor is allocated to each customer this time I had the lovely Emily who was really helpful thorough and professional. Krystal who is ‘front of house’ is just brilliant at what she does, knows all the customers, what they like to drink and a good bit of background too. This goes such a long way to making a customer feel valued. The technician provided a very detailed review of the work he carried out and the car was returned ina clean and tidy condition. Whilst owning an Audi I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
