Well done Audi north wales. I ordered my lovely blue Audi S3 online from Audi north wales and got it delivered to Edinburgh no problem, Darren who was dealing with me done his job very professionally, friendly and done everything i asked him to do, he always kept me in the loop with everything by phone call or text, they serviced it, valeted it and fixed the small imperfections with no hassle.., in my experience i would recommend Audi north wales all day long and would defiantly buy from them in the future if they had a car i wanted

The salesman, was excellent, he explained everything to us, nothing was to much trouble, they sent us a video of the vehicle the day before we picked it up, the overall experience was great, and I would not hesitate to get another car from there

From ordering to delivery Stephen kept me up to date with developments, whole process professionally done slight hitch on day of collection but they went over and above to sort this out and couldn’t have been more helpful

Excellent customer service, Mark Marriott was extremely kind, friendly and very helpful, he made buying our new car a lovely experience, even giving up his Saturday afternoon to be there when we collected our car, what more can I say a credit to Audi

Exceptional Customer Service at Sytner NW Audi
As a returning customer at Sytner NW Audi, I would highly recommend this group for their excellent service provided both during and after the sale. MoT and service
Booked my MoT in plenty of time. Dropped the car off the day before so they could start first thing in the morning. The Audi cam video explained everything clearly. Got the car back after some extra repairs were needed for the MoT and all work, admin and personnel were excellent. They even cleaned the car!
